29:54 of alternating pull-ups and chin-ups, completing 101 reps. Done during 17th hour of fasting window. Later, a 0.9 mile walk. Skipped a planned long run, it was time to eat.

6k trail race in Griffith Park. 900 feet up over 2 miles and then back down again.0

Pull-up workout: 5-8-5-5-8, with a set of 10 push-ups in between each set and min 2-min rest between sets. Total of 31 pull-ups and 50 push-ups.
Power snatches: 10 w/ 45 lbs
OH Press: 2x5, 1x9 @ 52.5 lbs
Back squat: 2x5, 1x7 @ 120 lbs
Push-press: 2x8 @ 55 lbs
OH squat: 2x8 @ 30 lbs1 -
Erging this morning at the gym. 10 min warm up, 10:00 with rate increases from 20-26 (4, 3, 2, and 1 min), and then a 2nd 10 min interval.
Was a very off morning, I felt way more tired than expected, though I'm glad I at least warmed up. I'm not entirely sure why, but I'm sure my inability to go to sleep at a reasonable hour last night didn't help.0 -

I did 10 mins on the bike , 10 mins on cross trainer , 10 push ups ,10 goblin squats with 7k weight , rowed 500 meteres in 2 mins 20 seconds then repeat twice .0

Took it slow to start the week. Good ride. Worked out some sore from being sore in rest mode all weekend. Kept focused on maintaining a steady speed and footwork again. Good times overall.0 -

After work at park - run 5:00 walk 1:00 for 5 rounds = 2.95 miles in 30:01. Then, walk 30 minutes = 1.69 miles in 30:29. Had plans to run/walk for 1 hour but “treated” myself to what I did. There’ll be another opportunity on a different day.0

1 mile run to the gym to warm up ready for
30 min deep stretch session with my PT
Shoulders/arms- still doing pyramids but failed for the first time at 32kg for shoulder press. Was a bit upset about it until I plugged the 2@31kg I did manage in to strength levels and discovered that I've jumped up in to intermediate category. Thinking of running a test for a truer 1rpm in around a month's time.
2 mile recovery (shuffle) run
30 min tabata I can feel myself slowing down as my Sunday mileage goes up
50min barbell class, keeping weight on for upper body and removing weight for leg tracks.

Yesterday was 10 X 90 seconds all out, 60 seconds active recovery on the AD Pro, so today was an hour easy (around 140 Watts/48 or 49 RPM) on the Air Dyne Pro. Just enough to still be able to talk and hold a conversation if I had to.0

You did great! Don't ever compare yourself to others. I've been at this for nearly 10 years. When I started out, I coudn't run, couldn't jog and could barely do anything. You did around 28 more minutes than I could have handled 10 years ago!!0 -
Tuesday is my favourite day of the exercise week.
3.1mile run to wake up the legs and ease the DOMS before
30 min stair workout with PT. She went quite easy on the legs today, but more upper body than usual.
45 min zumba, legs nice and awake.

Quick full body lifting session. Tomorrow will do a pre-Sunday race 5K... I'm soooo ill prepared for running lately. But I'm pretty sure I can squeeze out a 5k, doggonit.1

Sure, walking around and what not (did some walking on my treadmill, because the belt's too loose right now to facilitate running (drive belt starts slipping at speeds >5mph unfortunately - have to tighten that puppy someday, hopefully without burning the motor).
And then murdered myself on my bicycle rollers for an hour. Ugh. Almost wish I had a smart trainer, because rollers are the devil.2 -
