I don't know! I am at my dad's because he had to go into hospital suddenly and he doesn't have any scales! Not sure how long I'll be away for but will weigh in when I'm home x0 -

Today I took my ex to the hospital, just for an outpatients appointment, and we stayed there to have something to eat despite me making some sandwiches. I've just had my dinner at home and then the sandwiches...oh dear...

SW - Not sure what 25-4 refers to
CW - I'm assuming 10 and a half stone current weight, what does 20 refer to
GW - I'm assuming 9.6lb is your goal weight.

Easter weekend going to try and stay away from the chocolate, have just shocked husband by saying no to a glass of wine. I can do this1

I've a friend with fibromyalgia, she has days where she doesn't manage to get out of the house.
I've had some health problems myself, but I'm managing to deal with them, and losing weight will help with mine.

I didn't do too well today. I went out for lunch with friends...not much to choose from so I decided to have some cheesy chips. It was a huge portion. Other than that I only had a tiny Soreen malt loaf with 3 grams of butter and some ginger ale.
I'm not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow ( I always weight myself daily)
However, I'm on my own tomorrow and Monday, so not worried about there being Easter food around to be tempted by1 -

I'm on holiday at moment but doing my best to stick within calorie goals, intermittent fasting (which I've been doing for a year) and HIIT bodyweight exercise 3x a week. I'm hoping to get to 11st which I haven't weighed since I was a teenager, I tend to get to the current weight, plateau and lose motivation and go back to old habits. With my intermittent fasting I feel I've got the balance right this time as I've made a lifestyle change which I've stuck to for far longer than any 'diet'. Would love some more Mfp friends to keep me motivated so please add me0

Please try to ignore the hair in my face, I didn't realise until much later or I would have asked for another one to be taken...
