I’d love to join in please. I have a lot of weight to lose. Over 10 stone still.
    SW: 25-4
    CW:20-10 1/2
    GW:9-6 eek ( I’m 5ft5)
I have fibromyalgia so despite losing weight before it’s much harder now.

Please do join us blubell0422, I've sent you a friend request

I'm a bit confused about your figures.

SW - Not sure what 25-4 refers to
CW - I'm assuming 10 and a half stone current weight, what does 20 refer to
GW - I'm assuming 9.6lb is your goal weight.

SW is my start weight 25 stone 4 lbs
CW Current weight 20 stone 10.5 lbs
GW is goal weight :) 9 stone 6lbs

    Thanks for clarifying.

I've a friend with fibromyalgia, she has days where she doesn't manage to get out of the house.

I've had some health problems myself, but I'm managing to deal with them, and losing weight will help with mine.

I didn't do too well today. I went out for lunch with friends...not much to choose from so I decided to have some cheesy chips. It was a huge portion. Other than that I only had a tiny Soreen malt loaf with 3 grams of butter and some ginger ale.

I'm not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow ( I always weight myself daily)

However, I'm on my own tomorrow and Monday, so not worried about there being Easter food around to be tempted by

Would like to join in too please. Wednesday is my personal weigh day anyway! I'm 33 from Yorkshire, I've lost 19lbs weighing in currently at 12st 12lbs. I'm on holiday at moment but doing my best to stick within calorie goals, intermittent fasting (which I've been doing for a year) and HIIT bodyweight exercise 3x a week. I'm hoping to get to 11st which I haven't weighed since I was a teenager, I tend to get to the current weight, plateau and lose motivation and go back to old habits. With my intermittent fasting I feel I've got the balance right this time as I've made a lifestyle change which I've stuck to for far longer than any 'diet'. Would love some more Mfp friends to keep me motivated so please add me :)

This is my before photo which made me realise that I had to lose weight

And this is one taken yesterday

Please try to ignore the hair in my face, I didn't realise until much later or I would have asked for another one to be taken...

So 2 weeks away from home has resulted in a disastrous weigh in this week! But my dad is out of hospital, I'm back to work and normal life and routines can resume. Hope everyone else did better and hopefully a loss for me next week 🙏🤞

Maintaining is fine during the festivities. I spent the Easter weekend by myself - for weight loss that's probably a good thing. I did invite my son to come over but he had a bad cold and as I was going away on holiday this week he didn't want to pass it onto me.
