06/02: 188.4 - Had an awful migraine for nearly 24hrs. Weight was down, but I also didnβt eat dinner, so not sure how accurate that is. π€
06/03: 190.0 - Feeling better today, thankfully. The bump back up is not unexpected. π
06/04: 190.4 - Not concerned, but donβt want to get complacent so lighter meals are planned through the weekend. π²
06/05: 189.8 - Lots to do today & tomorrow, but none of it terribly active. Grabbed fruit yesterday so that if I start stress-eating at least it wonβt do too much damage π

06/02 β 144.5 β No surprise, we had family over that we hadn't seen in several months and they wanted Chinese and pizza. What the grandson wants, the grandson gets and I couldnβt pass it up. I'll have to work extra hard this week to make up for the extra calories.
06/03 β 144 β I ate much better today, but I have Mondayβs off work during the summer and I canβt seem to get my water in when Iβm home. Hopefully it doesnβt go back up tomorrow.
06/04 - 143 β Nice to see after a long weekend!
06/05 β 143 β Iβm glad to see there was not a bounce this morning. Now to try to get down another half pound or so before another party weβre having on Saturday.
06/06 - 143 β I bundled up 10 trash bags of clothes sized from 12 to 18 and put them out for donation pick up this morning. Now if I gain back any significant weight, I will be forced to pay for it in more than one way.

Joining a few days late, but better late than never!
United States female, age 27. This is my first time doing a 10-day challenge.
I want to use this challenge firstly as a motivator to keep myself on track and stay mindful of the food I eat. I also want to see how my weight fluctuates, when it does, and what I did differently to cause fluctuation - A sort of experiment, if we can call it that.

06/05 β 210.6 lbs. Weighed myself in the morning before eating or drinking anything. Ate Chana Masala and half a cup of rice for breakfast. Had coffee for lunch β I know, not a good lunch. Drank a lot of water starting after lunch. Cleaned the house a little, and had turkey chili for dinner with a garden salad and biscuit. Went over my sodium limit for the day, which is not ideal. Stayed under my calorie, carbs, fat, and sugar limits for the day. I usually do cardio every day, like power-walking, elliptical, or spin bike. However, today I was tired and didnβt work out.
06/06 - 210.5 lbs. I didn't expect my weight to change much. Drank a lot of water throughout the day. And again, I was lazy and didn't work out. Just cleaned around the house. On 06/03, before I joined this challenge, I ran for over an hour on my elliptical. I feel like it set me up for feeling extremely tired this week. (I have reactivated mono and it attacked my immune system, liver, and has taken a lot of my energy. I should know better not to over-stress my body by running for that long.) When I hit that runners' high, it's hard to stop.
06/07 - 210.0 lbs. Yeah! Losing! Woke up early this morning, fed the cats, and fed myself. An egg on toast with a sausage patty. Drank some Earl Grey tea and coffee. I made myself a green smoothie for lunch, had a chicken asian salad for dinner, and a slice of apple pie

06/03 138.8 2/30 accomplished today I entered all my meals for the week, hopefully this will help keep me on track and stop me from mindlessly snacking or looking for easy meals. I am feeling really good about this decision

(I think the count is four months) unfortunately for me though shark week is in a day or two...so this might be short lived. I don't mind though, as long as I am here I know I can touch this number again!!! Yay!
06/07 134.8 6/30 accomplished a little dissapointed I stayed the same because yesterday was an amazing day but at the same time happy I saw this two days in a row. I am officially here. Although I ended my day at an underage, I still almost ate all my exercise calories. I have been moving all day and my food choices weren't the best because although I had my food already planned out, I didn't have time to actually eat it before I was out and about. Hopefully I stay the same tomorrow as well because I did eat at maintenance but we will see

Iβm new to this challenge and jumping in a little late. Iβm 51 years old, female, 5β7 and started getting serious on MFP about 10 days ago. Iβm in the midst of a couch to 5K program and really enjoying it.

NSV goal: Goal this round: increase endurance while running and to stay on top of logging
6/4β¦182.4. Felt pretty good about this, though I felt like I was cheating the scale by weighing myself after I ran first thing this morning, so little water intake and before breakfast. It still counts, I think!
6/5β¦181.5. Iβll take that! I like this result in particular because I met a friend out for lunch on 6/4 and I thought the sodium might have an impact. I really slogged through a 45-minute walk/run today. I felt so sluggish and low energy, but weβre going out tonight, so I need to.
6/6β¦182.0 I confess: I had beers aplenty last night plus a late-night slice of chocolate cake. We had a blast. No regrets at all.
6/7β¦182.4 Migraine last night and no exercise yesterday, so Iβm not surprised. Did my 45 minutes of running/walking today and burned off some calories. Legs feeling strong.

This is my first round (new to MFP too). I like the idea of a 10 day goal. It's long enough that I can accomplish something measurable, but not so long that I will be lolled into complacency because "there's still lots of time to get caught up".67 y.o. female 5'2" (shrunk from 5'3")

06/02 - started a light/moderate exercise pgm for people that are badly out of shape or have mobility problems

06/04 142 (-0.4) Feeling great about this and hoping tomorrow is more of the same. Calorie deficit day 2/7 completed.
06/05 141.4 (-0.6) Such a bizarre eating day! Went out for Indian at lunchtime- more carbs, more calories, more everything than I usually eat. It was to treat my 84-year old grandmother, who's visiting from across the country. Then I simply couldn't eat for the rest of the day. Calorie deficit day 3/7 completed because I only ate one meal.
06/06 140.8 (-0.6) Ended up not getting to bed until 3 a.m. due to pain and nausea yesterday (today?), and ate so oddly that I wasn't sure what to expect. Glad to be nearly back to my pre-binge low weight. Calorie deficit day 4/7 completed.
06/07 140.8 (-0.0) Calorie deficit day 5/7 completed. When I get back to 139, I'll know my plan worked and will bump up to my normal calories, but if I don't get there by day 7, I'll bump up anyway. Interesting to see if/how the math works, n=1.

6/2 -140.2. Shocked it didnβt go up as I took a day off completely from tracking. Even ate fast food for dinner. Guess it could show on the scale tomorrow, will see. Happy right now!
6/3 - 140.4. Wins yesterday: 2 workouts (just happened I met two different friends for active activities on the same day), but I did not track food and I donβt think I drank enough water. Back to tracking today with that goal of seeing the 130βs on a regular basis.
6/4 - 140.4. Holding steady. Time to tighten up that tracking and get myself in those 130's. Wins yesterday: 5 mile run, 3 mile walk. Ate out for lunch so a little heavier meal, but tried to balance that with a lighter dinner.
6/5 - 140.2. Wins yesterday: HIIT class and 3 mile walk. Didnβt eat great (hello, Oreo thin mints) but stayed in a deficit. Stuck in the low 140βs, need to avoid those Oreos today.
6/6 - 140.2. I really am stuck! Wins yesterday: bodypump class (which I don't love, but went because it fit the time I had free and a friend convinced me to go), 1 mile run afterward because it was global running day, and about 5 miles walked. Thought I did OK with food, stayed in a deficit. Need to get this number to drop.
6/7 - 139.3. It might be a false low, I donated blood yesterday. Wins yesterday: RPM class, donated blood so I hydrated well. I did have the cookies after donation though π.

Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb. and increase muscle mass
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-70 = 44 lb.
I started and finished the last two rounds below my maintenance range. Iβve grown accustomed to the keto WOE and, mostly, stick to that, but I add extra carbs when Iβm under 135, which is almost daily. Iβm in my third week of a strength training program. I already feel stronger. The loose skin may be irreversible, and, if so, Iβll try to be content with being strong and feeling good.

06/2 133.6 Happy Sunday! The first day of the week and the first day of this round! This is the day the Lord hath made! Iβm rejoicing and being glad in it! I hope each of you have a wonderful day. I still have my Burn Circuit 3 workout to complete, so off I go.
06/3 134 Thor and I started with a walk today, and jogged about a mile of it. I had a little twinge of knee pain later, but it was gone by the time I did my cardio and stretching workout this afternoon. Itβs supposed to rain Wednesday, so I plan to walk with Thor again tomorrow. Iβm still only jogging uphill. I want to be sure my knees are strong before jogging downhill. Iβve gained definition in my calves now, but theyβve always been heavy and strong.

06/5 132.8 Yesterday was a busy day, but with no intentional exercise. My arms got a workout guiding our early 1970-era Mahindra tractor through the pasture as I shredded/mowed. My husband said it has power steering, but itβs still a beast. Iβm grateful for a handy husband to keep it running!

06/7 133.6 Yesterday was busy, so I had to catch up on your posts today. I mowed more of the pasture and did my strength training. Iβve increased my weights and push-ups are getting easier. I hope I can see, and not just feel, my improvement in the next couple of months. Either way, itβs worth the effort.

I am 52 y/o 5β1.5β from PA, and need to get my focus again, I struggled with round 78 and ended with a small gain. I have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goal of 110lbs. Weight loss is harder as you get older but not impossible. It definitely is a life time change and it tends to slow down quicker, and every day is a struggle. 06/08: 163.4 Still happy with this. Homemade pizza last night and a cider. Still way under calories for activity/exercise and went to bed early! Today is a very busy and fun Saturday!
