Before I read any more I'm putting in my vote for crunches!!! (I need to work on my core to help strengthen my bad back) Lunges in second place and push-ups far, far, far, far, far behind anything even remotely close to a finish line!!!

Ps... I hate-hate-hate jumping jacks... And I'll tell you why... I get home from a long day at work, get comfortable... meaning: shoes/socks/bra-OFF & loose bottoms and floppy shirt come on, then stretch out on the recliner as the stress of the workday wears off and my body and mind relaxes enuff to think about MY needs (for a change). So, after a bit I wanna get in at least some of the challenges so I get up make an attempt to do a couple. After just 2 or 3 jumping jacks I painfully realize I need to go upstairs to put on a booby-squisher (sports bra) before I do one more. Wellhell at this point I already feel defeated because I just want to passively git'm'dun but to do this particular challenge I gotta "get dressed" all over again :(

So, floor exercises, Calisthenics, walking, biking ... I'm all in for... As long as I don't have to get "dressed" for it, then I'm good to go!!! If jumping jacks/exercises will be regular exercises then are there other exercises which will work the same muscles but not so "bouncy"? :)

I hate the "bounciness" of Jumping Jacks myself! Unless 3 more people get in here and vote for push-ups within ten minutes, the crunches have it for the next challenge. You don't have to get dressed for those! :D

Today's NSV ... for me it's the fact that I've had a lot of eating out these past couple of days with my daughters in town and I managed to make the healthy choices and stay within my diet plans.

12 glasses of water not jumping jacks yet but my vote is for crunches next. i do hate how my arm fat flaps and belly jiggles all over the place.

it's too hot to eat or put clothes on, just wearing bathing suit. i've only eaten a chorizo breakfast burrito for brunch.

    Everyone did awesome today!! :D

Jumping Jacks challenge is over and the OWL leaders are Jenn_W and lhurtubise!

Crunches are this week's exercise challenge! One OWL per set of 25!

We'll keep water for our NEWTs, but I'm going to calculate it a little differently this time.

How's one NEWT for every cup of water sound? Awarding one NEWT per day of meeting the water goal is resulting in a lot of people with the same number of NEWTs.

So, I weighed in and I'm 168, so I'm down seven pounds.

As far as jumping jacks... yeah, I've not done them... :/

    But I vote for crunches.
    I despise push-ups.

Also, this is my fifth day in a row!

Gained 2lbs since yesterday so today I am in an awful mood! Very disappointed :( Feeling a lot better today though so I'm going to work on losing the extra weight. We're now onto our crunches challenge aren't we?

Well done to everyone who did the jumping jacks challenge, you all did amazingly!

Ok, so I'm not hugely into crunches, but that's the point of doing this right, mix things up a bit. Guess that means I'll get some extra ab work in this week. And just to throw the idea out there, whenever I do my sets, I plan on doing one set of regular crunches and one set of reverse crunches or oblique crunches so that I work my whole core throughout the week.

    Good luck everyone!!

Good Morning Everyone. I'm just heading out to spend another day with my visiting daughters ... today it's out for breakfast, pedicures, afternoon tea, more shopping, and the casino. It's fun but truly exhausting ... and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Anyway, hoping to hop back on later in the day to see how we're all doing. Have a great day.

Good morning all! Hey Hufflepuffin-do you want us to share our crunches/water each day or just at the end of the week? I was a little late joining in the group so I missed last week's challenge but am starting today:-)
