15 Aug- 163 lb (0) Little to no change. The scale/method for my weigh in right now isn't the most accurate lol For one, I'm fully clothed when I weigh in. Shoes off though. This is because I've been weighing myself on a scale at work. (I dont think they'd appriciate me stripping down the the ladies restroom for a naked weigh LOL!!) I might change that... I use what is called and "expression station" at work 2X a day. It's for breast feeding mothers who need to pump while at work. The room is private and lockable. So if I bring my own scale in to keep in there I could do naked weights after pumping.... entertaining the idea for sure.

I will have to do my last weigh in on the 3rd, not 1st... hopefully some of you will still be following this thread to see it lol

August was a bad month for me. I was posting here religiously and then completely fell off the wagon. I've somehow managed to stay somewhere between 203 and 206 though, so I haven't packed too much back on (lowest was 202, so somedays I'm not too far off). Time to get back to it! September WILL be better! I'm determined to get under 200 in September!

15 Aug- 163 lb (0) Little to no change. The scale/method for my weigh in right now isn't the most accurate lol For one, I'm fully clothed when I weigh in. Shoes off though. This is because I've been weighing myself on a scale at work. (I dont think they'd appriciate me stripping down the the ladies restroom for a naked weigh LOL!!) I might change that... I use what is called and "expression station" at work 2X a day. It's for breast feeding mothers who need to pump while at work. The room is private and lockable. So if I bring my own scale in to keep in there I could do naked weights after pumping.... entertaining the idea for sure.

The only thing I can think of is that I am retaining water from eating whole foods soups. Today Ill drink tons of water with lemon and see if I get a loss tomorrow. I really really felt like I had lost yesterday......so frustrating.1 -

4 Sept - 179.9- Ugh!!! I am really losing my mind! Yesterday I was well under my 1000 calories. I worked out for 40 miniutes, walked my 10K steps and stood for 12 hours. I just do not get it. The only thing I can think of is that I am retaining water from eating whole foods soups. Today Ill drink tons of water with lemon and see if I get a loss tomorrow. I really really felt like I had lost yesterday......so frustrating.
It might be that you need more fibre. You can even get fibre tablets. I have been eating weetabix for breakfast which has helped. You're pretty low calorie as it is so don't cut back further.. just play the waiting game now and continue sticking to the plan. I hate waiting too but it's necessary and you will definitely lose at that calorie amount.
