3 scrambled eggs, corned beef, home fries, a piece of rye toast with no butter, a cup of coffee. i took my gramma out for breakfast2

Two over easy eggs, two slices of turkey bacon, and toast with smoked salmon, a tablespoon of whipped cream cheese, green onion, and everything bagel seasoning. New favorite!2

Even though I didn't have it until around noon, this was my first meal of the day. Spicy Shrimp, buratta cheese, avocado, tomato, basil.

I slept in today. I didn't mean to, but considering we went out to an authentic mom-n-pop Mexican restaurant for lunch, it was so worth it. I'm working it off now, but it was so worth it0

:laugh: Mexican type foods are not as big over here as in America, I've seen 2 Mexican restaurants in my whole life but didn't eat there. They have them in the bigger cities but I've always lived rural. I could probably make one but the dry shell just isn't appealing. I've also not had quesodilla thing or fajitas? π

Flour tortillas. I donβt like the hard shells. On Friday I made tacos with ground turkey and flour tortillas. You have to try fajitas and quesadillas. They are amazing! I always order fajitas when we go to Mexican restaurants. Mostly I just forego the tortillas to save calories.
Today itβs pumpkin spice Cheerios with unsweetened Silk almond milk and black coffee for breakfast.2 -
160g of strawberries πwith a mug of rhubarb tea.
One day Iβm going to try brewing up my rhubarb tea and letting it go cold to use as a juice to make fruit salad because that would be amazing!2 -

40g Quick Oats *I ran out of rolled oats*
1 container Chobani NonFat Greek Yogurt
1.5 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1/2 Banana, 150g Strawberries
113g (1/2 cup) Cottage Cheese
Omelette:
2 Pastured Eggs
9 Tablespoons Egg Whites
1 heaped ounce of mozzarella cheese
Some Bell Peppers, Onions, Scallions
Now's that's what I call a power breakfast.2 -
