    cup of milk oolong tea

    Lunch:
    avocolada shake (2 big hands full of baby spinach and kale, coconut milk, 1 avocado, twisters fruit punch, frozen mangoes, frozen pineapples, frozen strawberries)

    Dinner:
    shrimp toast w./lots of hot mustard, shrimp and pork drunken noodles (spicy), Bangkok steak sizzling pot, tempura veggies, Thai ice tea to drink

    Dessert and/or late night snack:
    Combo Thai ice creams: Avocado, Coconut, Taro and Mango

    Snack:
    muscadine grapes

    Dinner:
    salmon patty, sweet peas, "mashed" potato

    shrimp and pork drunken noodles (spicy), Bangkok steak sizzling pot, ice water to drink

    large chocolate soft serve mixed with cherry, mango, strawberries Italian ice (gelato), maybe a couple of laughing cow wedges w/some black and green olives

    Breakfast: Skyr strawberry yogurt, coffee

    Lunch: spinach quesadillas on corn tortillas with tomato, mushroom, onion & colby jack cheese. Sour cream & green onion on top.

    Dinner: veggie burger on toast with mustard, pickle & onion, roasted radishes and homemade cole slaw.

    Breakfast- iced coffee w/cream

    Lunch - spinach,mango,banana,peanut butter, coconut water smoothie, potato chips

    Dinner - went to Bareburger..had a beef burger w/cheddar cheese on brooch bun, small French fries w/ garlic aoli, big glass of spiked lemonade w/vodka

    Snack - dark chocolate squares

    Breakfast: toast with coconut butter & a fried egg on top, coffee

    Lunch: tuna sandwich, hard-boiled egg, and a smoothie made from bananas, almond milk, cinnamon & vanilla, baking cocoa & hemp protein.

    Dinner: large bowl of black beans with onions & peppers and 2 homemade baked donuts (lime flavor with ginger coconut glaze)

    Supper : homemade chicken tacos

    bowl of homemade beef chili w/red kidney beans (sauteed organic ground beef in onions, garlic, scallions, bell pepper, celery, tomato paste, tomato sauce, chili powder) bottom of bowl filled with Fritos, then chili, topped with more Fritos, shredded Mexican cheese, diced onions, chopped scallions and sour cream. can of Sierra Mist

    Dessert and/or late night snack:
    large slice of Lemon pound cake w/cup of coffee w/cream, bowl of chopped mangoes, plums and strawberries

    Dinner - 3 chicken meatballs, salad, few slices of thin sliced Amy’s pizza

    Today was kind of a mess, but I'll share anyway...

    Breakfast - freezer burnt waffle with lemon curd, fried egg & coffee

    Lunch - 1/2 portion lemon chicken, about 3 tbsp. steamed rice, hot & sour soup with wontons

    Snacks - some kind of "milk snack" chocolate thing (was not great, wouldn't repeat), bottle of Fairlife milk, 1/3 large bag of movie theater popcorn just because it was free.

    Dinner (late) - grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, provolone, tons of onion, pickles & tomato. Too many french fries with this and I don't even like them.

    Ugh! I feel like those weird snacks derailed me! There's always tomorrow.

    Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter & grape jelly, coffee

    Lunch: Loco Moco with Morningstar Griller, homemade gravy, fried egg & brown rice. Steamed broccoli.

    Dinner: TVP pasta bake with marinara, extra basil, and a little mozzarella on top. Mug of cocoa with whipped topping.

    Avocado Caesar salad, t-bone steak (well done), 1/2 loaded baked potato, bok choy, ice water to drink

    Dessert and/or late night snack:
    large chocolate soft serve w/cherry and mango Italian ice (gelato)


    Breakfast:
    cup of dandelion root tea

    Lunch:
    cup of emperor puh erh tea

    Dinner:
    3 link sausages, 3 pieces of bacon, hash browns, 2 eggs over medium hard, 1 piece of brioche french toast w/butter & syrup, ice water to dink

    Dessert and/or late night snack:
    Lemon pound cake w/coffee & cream, large fresh mango, black and green olives

    I find myself eating almost the same thing every day. When it gets boring, I switch it up a little bit and then eat THAT for a long time. Call me dull, but it helps me to stay on track and know almost immediately when I have gone off the rails..

    Breakfast: Multi-Grain Cheerios, almond milk, strawberries
    Lunch: Chicken breast, 1/2 baked potato with plain Greek yogurt, broccoli
    Dinner: Spinach Feta chicken sausage, Couscous, green beans
    Snacks: Baby cut carrots, grapes, nectarine with vanilla yogurt, cinnamon toast 2 hours before bed.

    1 cup coffee w/ 1 tbsp fat free vanilla coffee mate creamer

    Snack:
    1 Made Good chocolate chip granola bar

    Lunch:
    1/3 cup spaghetti squash
    1/2 cup rotini
    1/2 cup homemade meat sauce

    Snack:
    2 cups homemade fruit salad

    Dinner:
    1 Chicken thigh
    1/4 cup Rice
    1 cup Roasted cauliflower
    1 cup Caesar salad (1 tbsp homemade dairy free dressing)

    Snack: 1 oz sweet & spicy beef jerky
    Lunch: lentil stew with salsa verde; unsweetened tea. Banana cream pie pudding cup
    Snack: fibergourmet crackers with 1% milk
    Dinner: Sour kraut & weiners

    Breakfast: egg taco on small yellow corn tortilla with cheddar & salsa, coffee

    Lunch: salmon burger on wheat toast with lettuce, mayo & pickles, roasted creamy carrots (so good, I thought they were sweet potato fries for several minutes), and a Russell Stover caramel pumpkin (130 cal and hit the spot!)

    Dinner: we're taking my mom out for Mexican because it's her birthday. I plan to get beans, rice & 1 tamale. No birthday cake because she made peach cobbler for herself instead :D I'm sure I will sample that later in the evening.
