    Hey :)

    Thanks for the motivation - I'm in!

    Doing 18/6 IF, bulletproof coffee, trying some Michael Mosley ideas - 800 cals/day and doing high protein 5 days, 2 days veg/no protein. Some intermittent sprints and will be increasing exercise / pilates ....- Let's see how it rolls!! :)

    In! I've badly fallen off the band wagon. I was getting so close to healthy weight, the closest I'd ever been since I started in college 25 years ago. So a year of being busy with family (+10lb), then a year of college at night on top of work (+20lb). Need to get back on for my health. Not just weight loss, need to start moving.

    Objective: Eat at a deficit (aim for approx 1500 depending on activity). Two strength work outs a week. walking/cycling to work 2-3 times a week.

    I'm changing scales, so I'll post up numbers tomorrow (I don't trust my one at home, and don't need a 7lb gain due to different scales :dizzy:

    I think i would like to join. I have been looking for a challenge that seems within my range of productivity. And i have to go food shopping today anyway so i can buy some meal stuff for myself. I am at my heaviest and i feel so unhealthy and disappointed in myself and frustrated.

    my approach will be straight portion control and logging, plus getting ready for some upcoming 5k's, and LIIFT4 videos. I think this challenge will help me stay on track with the exercise part that i always wimp out on haha

    Ready to go! Went food shopping today. No formal plan but watching cals, clean food, nothing processed, little to no sugar other than fruit and no breads/pastas.
