Wait do you mix the egg with orange juice and scramble it together? Or do you mean separately?

    No😂😂😂! Separately. Your too funny!

Couple of eggs, tried to drain some of the white. Some thick bacon I cooked yesterday and had in the fridge. Some veggie, not sure what it is called, but it was leafy and had purplish water come out when I cooked it with garlic. I scooped on a tbsp of mayonaise and I had a teaspoon of Coconut oil.

One extra large Eggland's Best egg, one Thomas' Multigrain Light muffin, 1/2 T of Land O Lakes whipped butter... and 21oz of blueberry black tea made with loose leaf tea leaves. Yeah, my urologist is gonna scream about that part of it, I have stones... but hey, it's a quality of life issue! ;)

I'm not much of a breakfast person but have to eat protein and bit of fat with my medication. Had 4 shots of espresso with atkins chocolate shake and dark roast coffee with a splash of cream.

Migas (eggs, onion, tomato, bell pepper, tortilla, salsa and cheese scramble). This is one of my higher calorie breakfasts at 546 calories, but perfect for a busy work day where I won’t have time for lunch. It’s so delicious and satisfying.

Whoa! That looks delicious. I wonder how many calories could be save if the cheese weren't added?

Thanks! I made it with 40 grams of cheddar which was 157 calories. You could save a fair bit, but I really like my cheese! Definitely worth a try doing it without cheese, and it would still be delicious. It’s super flavorful.

Been eating holiday leftovers for dinner the past several days and just felt like a smoothie this morning (despite winter weather seeming to be back), so made one: zucchini, frozen kale, frozen strawberries and a little mango, half an avocado, and soy milk. And coffee.
