04/17 - 156.3 - terrible weight today (2 pounds up from yesterday?), but I will focus on the end of the 10 days weight from round to round. At this point down 2 pounds from November 18.19. Lots of work for small results, but I am going to persevere.

Round 111 - April 17 to 26
Female, 5’, 67 years. SW – 166.6 GW – 165’s, UGW – 140.
Goals: continue with 12 hr. IF, 5-6 glasses of water a day (I drink lots but it tends to be tea. I limit the black/green to 4 lg. mugs), complete my tracking every day and get some kind of outdoor exercise unless it is raining – in which case indoors. Did not do well on the exercise the last couple of rounds and it shows – a steady creep up.
As noted at the end of last round, I changed my morning routine which has worked well except that I never got around to MFP – so tweeking that a bit.

04/20 – 166.6 – too much snacking last night and slept in a bit. Began with 15 min. exercise this am and looking to work outside later as it’s a beautiful day.
04/21 – 166.4 – Getting so tired of staying home. This month we were supposed to be gone for 2 weeks – family wedding + huge 2 family get together as our grandson is marrying the daughter of good friends of ours (they are a bit younger than us and have 12 kids). They got married anyhow (smart kids) with just immediate families and sent us all a video. Upside is that we are way ahead of where we would have been with painting and spring yard work and very much looking forward to a move to be closer to all of them. IF – 12 hrs. yesterday and tracked all food but not water. Didn’t make it outside as had 2 long phone calls in the afternoon but did do my 15 min. inside in the morning.
04/22 – 166.4 – Not a great day caloriewise – snacked in the evening and supper was rather heavy on the cheese. But I did get outside for most of the afternoon and got a fair bit done. Also reminded that there is a LOT to do – likely the underlying cause of my evening “rebellion.” I love working in my yard but hate the pressure of deadlines. Decided to aim for at least 2 hrs. a day working on it, no pressure to do more if I don’t feel like it and forget the deadline. I likely will get more done that way truth be told.

I' m in! Thank you, @GrandmaJackie!
70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back walking!
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

04/17 187.0 wow! A big loss to start the round. No particular reason (eating and exercise on track, nothing new) except maybe my body is finally catching up after that long plateau? Regardless, I’ll take it!
04/18 188.2 wine and Italian food, and Cadbury white eggs. Way over calories
04/19 190.0 I’ve sadly undone a lot of good progress. Hopefully a temporary blip and I can get rid of this quickly. Yesterday was a train wreck of overeating with no particular trigger. Committed to being back on track today, I have my plan and more structure for a Sunday, ready to get back to this work.
04/20 189.4 clawed back a little bit towards where I used to be. Need to keep logging and staying mindful.
04/21 189.0 At least it’s the right direction. Amazing how quickly it adds but how slow to get into reverse. Eating on track, exercise was the most in a few weeks (short walk + 25min bike + arm weights and abs)
04/22 188.0 Feel like I don’t deserve this because I overate chocolate, but I’ll take it for now! So four more days to make real progress.

@quiltingjaine, At least your neighbor understands social distancing. My neighbor walks right up to me last week asking me for a cutting of my plant. No mask😷 AND in my face😧 Did the same to my son when he was coming in from work Sunday.4

Day/Weight/Comment
04/17 - 199.2 - losing and gaining the same 4lbs but glad to be back in the 1s!
04/18 - 197.8 - pleased that I didn't have any evening snacks last night for the first time in a while! Must keep this up...
04/19 - 198.2 - a bit annoyed with myself, I did go over my calories yesterday but didn’t snack after dinner again which is a win!
04/20 - 197.6 - very pleased with that! We went for a long walk yesterday, which was great and got me motivated for some more exercise this week. Off for a short run on the 10K runner app now. Loving everyone's updates, keep it going!
04/21 - 197.2 - If I can end this round under 197, I'll be thrilled! That has been a plateau weight for me for a long time now. Did the first run on the 10K Runner app yesterday and it was even harder than I thought it would be! Nervous for the next one tomorrow now, but I know it will be good for me so I'd better get it done!
04/22 - Didn't weigh today. I stayed under my calorie allowance and also went for the second run on the 10K runner app. Much easier than Monday's run but still challenging

Age: 29
Height: 5ft2
Goals: to make good decisions surrounding food but not feel deprived either. Another goal is to not go over my allotted calories.
Starting weight 04/16: 126.2
Round target weight: 123.8
Day/Weight/Comment
04/17 126.2
04/18 125.8
04/19 125.8 Stayed within my calories and made good decisions.
04/20 125.6 Stayed within my calories thanks to exercising (jumped rope for at least 25 minutes) after caving and having a King Arthurs microwave cookie cup because I had a craving. But that was my only real sweet treat for today except for a measured amount of maple syrup on my oatmeal this morning and my daily teaspoon of raw honey from our bees (I'm testing the theory of local honey and helping allergies. Can't get more local than from our yard.) The rest of my day was solidly healthy. I have been a fan of utilizing inulin as a low-calorie way to help keep me full at times because it's hard for us to eat a ton of veggies during this quarantine. It's my favorite type of fiber supplement but I know it can be tough on some people's stomachs. I have been tolerating it really well though and making sure to drink plenty of water.
04/21 125.6 Pro- I didn't crave anything super sweet today. Neutral: Weight stayed the same but I've realized 125 is a place that has always been a challenge for me to get below. So I know it will take some time. I've had a good day so far with food and looking forward to my dinner tonight and will be within my calories for the day. I'm hoping for a drop in weight soon. I have to remember that I could be holding fluid from my weekend leg workout because my muscles are still sore. Also, in the past, after leg day I would always go up or not lose any weight for a few days.
04/22 125 Yay! down to 125 even I've had a good day with food so far. Indulged in a sweet snack but even after I have dinner tonight I should still remain within my calories for the day.

Female, age 19
This round's goals:
-no eating after 7 pm
-only water, black coffee, or unsweet tea
-no snacking
-move a bit more
-track everything that enters my mouth (probably will stick to around 1300 calories since I've been so sedentary)
Starting on the 18th at 139.9. I'm up about 5/6 pounds this quarantine because of being sedentary and snacking all the time. I want to get back to where I was (135, 134.5).
Hopefully I can get to 138.5 by the end of this! (roughly 1 pound / week)
Day/Weight/Comment
04/17
04/18 - 139.9- tried doing a fast, ended up eating a small dinner (bowl of venison and beef chili w/o any toppings, some frozen blueberries, and a small slice of apple cake my aunt baked for us)
04/19 - forgot to weigh myself this morning - slept in late so ate all of my calories (1500) in two meals; I tend to overestimate the calories jic (not weighing anything, but have gotten good at eyeballing butter haha)- had 3 eggs with 2 slices of gluten-free toast w/ reduced sugar preserves and butter & 2 clementines- for dinner, had boiled crawfish (wasn't planning on eating any but my dad boiled some, and I can't pass on that; it is nutritious and low-calorie and high protein, but HIGH sodium, so idk if I will weigh myself tomorrow), some raw broccoli (dad didn't add greens to the boil this time, so I had to improvise), a clementine, an apple, and a piece of gluten-free toast with butter and jam-- worked out to get myself to 2000 calories (active and passive) according to apple watch
04/20- didn't weigh because of salty food day before- ate the same breakfast as lunch from day before, just with 1 slice of bread -- no lunch -- did day 3 of asics 21 day challenge -- got a lot of homework done:) -- for dinner I had a sitdown meal with my family, and we ate chicken breast stirfry with frozen veggies and a small serving of white rice-- only had about 1000 calories all day and burned 2200 so I was SOO hungry at night, ate about 30 pistachios to stop the physical hunger at 1:30 am (was doing assignments)
04/21- 138.6- ate my normal breakfast, for lunch I had a protein shake and an apple, and for dinner I had two servings of homade beef stew with rice and sriracha. There was a lot of family strife, and I stress ate like 1500 caloreis late at night:( I'm so disappointed in myself and feel really crappy.-- didn't really get much done and feeling like a failure- I did do a HIIT workout, though-- burned 2081 calories according to apple watch
04/22- 139.6- ate 3 eggs for breakfast, fell back asleep and didn't attend Zoom U, ate a stir fry like I had a few nights ago for dinner with rice, frozen veggies, tamari, and chicken; had a smoothie pack for something sweet; going to skip dinner because still feeling positively full from my little binge sesh last night; will do ASICS 21 day challenge day 4 (didn't do it yesterday because I had my weekly live-stream class I go to on Tuesdays)-- going to try to get work done tonight and not beat myself up too much about last night-- will get back on track for the rest of day and tomorrow!

My journey … "I May Not Be Where I Want To Be, but I’m Not Where I Use To Be!"In 2003 Weighed over 600 lbs.My highest weight was 611 in 2003. Weight in 2004 before weight loss surgery was 580. Lowest weight after surgery was 302 in 2007. "I May Not Be Where I Want To Be, but I’m Not Where I Use To Be!"
In 2005 Weighed under 400 lbs.
In 2007 lowest weight after surgery 302lbs
I joined MFP on March 27, 2010 weighing in at 388 pounds. I was re-gaining weight and stumbled up on it while trying to get back on track. I was determined never to see 400+ on that scale again for me.
I have been morbidly obese all my life. I have a lifetime of mental and physical scars from obesity. In October 2004 I had Gastric Bypass surgery. WLS (Weight Loss Surgery) was the best gift that I could and did give to myself.
Between 2008 and 2010 I gradually gained back 80 of almost 300 pounds lost initially after weight loss surgery. I never reached my goal weight of 200 pounds. I still managed to keep off over 65 percent of the weight I lost which is very good and I am very proud of my accomplishments since 2004. It has literally changed my life for the better on all levels. I am here to lose re-gained weight and to reach my initial goal weight. I am in no hurry. I am taking this one day at a time and I am in it for the long haul.
Surgery did not fix the head. It is a good tool and the best gift I have given to myself, but it was not the easy way out as many people think. Once the honeymoon period is over after the WLS it is up to the patient to keep the weight off.
On August 29, 2011-- I was admitted to Intensive Out Patient Eating Disorder Program to learn how to manage my binge eating disorder effectively. The program is wonderful indeed and will be instrumental in me reaching all of my goals. The focus of this program was how to eat and not diet. Weight loss was not a goal of the program. I actually gained 20 pounds in program. But I had to get thru a lot of stuff and my the time I was released I had stopped gaining. I was discharged from program on December 3, 2011.
My tool is still working for me today. My head is still the issue. SO the struggle continues. I will never beat myself up again. I fight the fine fight faithfully and positively everyday. Because that is what will get me to my goals one day. Even though it may not show up on the scale every day -- Everyday I make progress one way or another just by showing up, waking up and trying.
Giving up is not an option for me. Perseverance, Patience, & Positive thinking will help me reach my goals…… and the same is true for you too!! We have the power within us.*One of my major goals is to get my BMI under 40 (260 weight) so I can have surgery on my knees *

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 111 (round 43 for me ) I'm in for another round – just keep plodding on! As always; thank you GrandmaJackie, such a star particularly in these challenging times, helping to keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !
Goal – end lower than started......again! - aim to stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking, no binges, really want to keep this 10 days binge free! Keep calm, wash hands, be kind and follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus.End of round 69 134.2 lbsKeep calm – we're all in this together!

04/17 134 – thought this was too good to be true yesterday! But I'm ok with it. 8.77 miles walked yesterday. Did take back a lot of my exercise calories yesterday on my birthday, hubby bbq'd a delicious steak & opened a bottle of prosecco. 199 calories in credit, all other macros in green.
04/18 134.4 – 12.44 miles walked yesterday, 601 calories in credit & all other macros in green.
04/19 134.4 – 7.7 miles walked yesterday, 280 calories in credit, but 22 carbs over (pizza last night).
04/20 134.4 - 9 miles walked yesterday. 308 calories in credit, all other macros in green.
04/21 135 – 10 miles walked yesterday, 588 calories in credit, all other macros in green & therefore disappointed at the number on the scales, but hopefully a normal fluctuation?! Not letting it knock my resolve.
04/22 133.6 - 10.01 miles walked yesterday. 739 calories in credit, all macros in green. Glad I didn't let it impinge on my determination. I did a conference call with my 3 DS yesterday, one noticed my Easter Egg still sitting on the side and couldn't believe I hadn't eaten it yet!!
04/23 133.6 - 9.83 miles walked. 506 calories in credit, all macros in green. I am struggling to get my mileage in with the lock down; I am used to doing it 2 different blocks with a break in between, sometime even 3. But the lock down means we are only allowed to go out once per day and I have to do all the miles straight off without a break or sitting to have a snack. Or is it I'm starting to feel my age? I don't think so, at weekends when my DH walks with me (key worker Monday to Friday), I have no problem, chatting to each other is obviously the distraction I need. Where as normally I really enjoy walking, three quarters round it is starting to be a real slog. I might have to reduce my daily goal; maybe 6-7? If I reduce my mileage, I will need to reduce my calorie intake too, currently I aim for around 1400.

Previous round in spoiler, started on R110R110 EW - 81kg (-0.2kg) - Joined with four days to go
I have been meaning to lose the last few KG to get down to my 75kg goal. Now nothing is open I thought this would be the perfect time to get there. I have been sitting around my current weight since August 2018 so I am comfortable with my maintenance lifestyle but always had that end goal in the back of my mind that I set in October 2017!

23/04 - 79.6kg - My workout yesterday wasn't so great so I ate as if I didn't do one, but I made up for it this morning with the 45 minute kickboxing cardio workout. I love that class it is great! So close to the weekend now, the week goes quick when our working from home. Who'd have thought it? Have a good day everyoneForget about the number of the scale day to day, if you keep up the good habits and stay honest with yourself that number in 10 days time will be further from where you started and closer to where you want to be!
If you ever feel down and head to the snack draw to get something sweet or something you don't need to eat. Think about the real reason you started this journey in the first place, because when I think about mine it instantly gives me that 'it's not worth it feeling' and I grab a piece of fruit or have a coffee!6 -

04/23 - 198.0 - A little frustrated, as I've stuck to my calorie allowance but hopefully will be back down in the 7s again tomorrow. I'm sticking with it again today

4/22- 154.8 I was way under calories yesterday, but I had horrible gas pains so who knows why I have the bump. I have a tendency to jump around a bit anyway so this consistency is kind of new.

04/23 187.6 Slowly re-approaching the low of last Friday. Ate well (green) and exercised. Just got keep at and trust the habits.

4/18- 183.4
4/19 - 183.6 so I gained 2oz it’s ok I had a beautiful date w my husband yesterday and we had pizza and salad. I have been in this weight roller coaster way to many times. I have learned that life is beautiful and it has to be enjoyed. Therefore yesterday I practice mindfulness eating and enjoyed my delicious Pizza slice one breadsticks and a huge salad. For dessert I had 2 biscochos. No regrets, my journey will be slow but I’m ok with that. Air hugs to anyone who needs them 😊
4/20 -183.4 Morning ladies hoping everyone is doing good. This weekend was quite relaxing didn’t do any formal exercise but did get some cleaning on the house and took time to watch some movies w my husband. Something I feel guilty that I’m sitting watching movies when I should be doing some exercises yet quality time with my husband is so important as he works a lot. So with that said I still managed to stay the same weight doing some mindfulness eating. That’s a win for me 😊
4/21 - 183.6 so yesterday I took a nice mile walk with my husband and afterwards, I decided to get another mile by myself and my husky. So very interesting in 2017 I decided I needed to get back on track, I had 10 months to lose 30 lbs and fit in my ideal wedding dress. My husky was 6 months back then, I decided going out for walks with her would be a great motivation. So I started and oh lord! She would pull me and push me the entire time. I literally tried waking faster, slower, a little jogging but nothing worked. Several times I would complain to the chiropractor as she would pull out my shoulder. For a good 4 months I tried, but I would get home so frustrated and defeated. One day on our walk, she pulled so hard she hurt my back and I immediately thought of letting her loose. I felt horrible, and gave up for a few weeks. Then I thought about dog training, and I joined. She was obviously the worst in the class; other students felt bad for me as she would not stay still and cried like a newborn. The training course finished and she was not having progress, the trainer told me to not give up and keep walking with her. Long story short, Bella will be 4 years in July and she is amazing to walk with .... I gave her respect, determination but above all hope... today i pray that I don’t forget how worthy I am, that I too can give myself respect, determination but above all hope ❤️
4/22 - 183.8 I tell my husband that my weight is just not changing and he joked saying, maybe you did not go to the restroom enough. it’s so easy for me to get bummed out at a little change. Especially when my head starts getting negative thought. But I will do my best and take each thought and fight it. Not everything I tell myself it’s true. God is good and even when I doubt myself he is there for me, I will hold on to him ❤️
4/23 - 183.4 slowly but surely... it’s less than a week since I started with the intention of doing mindfulness eating. I havent lost any weight but I feel with more energy.. even my husband noticed I was dancing through the sidewalk as we went to get mail 😂💃🤷♀️. Life is good baby steps

Got home at 8 and the gas station we stopped at (only place between pickup and home) didn't have any hot food, just snacks so Andy Capps Hot Fries it was for dinner for me. Not great at all but better than feeling super nauseous - body hasn't even adjusted back to my 16-8 fast without feeling nauseous so OMAD is really out of the question for now lol Got Imperfect Produce order yesterday so BF making breakfast and I hear him chopping up some of the veggies we got. I also got some grapes I can freeze for a nice hot summer day snack instead of ice cream. Grandma taught me that from her Weight Watchers group and I love it! Also got some pretzel pieces and almonds that are dark chocolate cocoa covered (rather than milk chocolate or liquid, its the powdery coating). Way more bitter (love it!), but seems less unhealthy and it definitely will keep me from eating too many in one sitting.

04/20 - Been absent awhile, though tried to weigh in. Saturday was a freak accident, my neighbors sewage backed up and so he came running over with his family to use our bathroom. 3 adults and 2 kids on top of BF and I trying to use it. The 2 adults, BF, and I were all trying to get ready to meet a guy to pick up a jeep part we ordered in a town about 45 minutes away and so we got rushed further by having to share 1 bathroom hahaha Went to the lake yesterday and tried out our new jetskis. Mine needs some work (a new ware ring) but it shouldn't be much. Otherwise, they run great!
Woke up thirsty as all get out twice during the night so I think I'm up simply because I chugged water in bed at about 3am and weighed in at 6 and I'm holding on to some of it. I tried to drink water at the lake but it was nice and warm (90 degrees) and can only carry so much liquid with you on jetskis. Today should be a calm day -- out of coffee so once BF wakes up and stores open, I'll run and get some and then tend to the garden. Probably have some tea instead of coffee so I don't have to deal with a headache from drinking it so late. So hungry this morning so hopefully BF remembers leftover quesadillas from last night to make up breakfast with. Have a giant salad for lunch and boy do I need it. I need to get away from gluten and cheese! The bloat is real as TOM is coming late this week and my food choices determine if the bloat is tolerable (hormone) or intolerable (hormone plus food sensitivities).
04/21 - Travel to drop of skis to get warranty work done. Missed dinner so had to get it on the road. Then late night glass of wine while finishing the Hunter (so good!). No plans today, yet, so going to figure it out as I go, I suppose. Phone didn't charge and super thankful I had 1% left for my alarm. It died as soon as I turned my alarm off for work. The outlets in this house are awful! Sometimes they work, most of the time they don't and its a gamble. Usually my phone is at 50% or less when I go to bed and when it doesn't charge its about 30-40%. Last night it was at 67% when I plugged it in for the night. I know my phone battery doesn't drain like that so I'm wondering if the outlet PULLED power from my phone. And I had no notifications and Do Not Disturb was enabled (as usual) so nothing was in the background of my phone nor did I get a bunch of texts to drain it. Need to figure something out because today scared me that missing my alarm for work may be a common thing.
04/22 - Well I'll take a small drop. Tried to be a bit better yesterday. Need more water in my life for sure. Today is a new day and I am determined to improve upon yesterday. About to make coffee now that I've had my first glass of water. Will likely finish a second glass before it finishes brewing. Trying to reduce gluten and dairy as best I can -- if I can cut it out, I feel as though I will drop a pound or two pretty quickly. Just need to stay focused (so hard to do!)

4/17-DNW-My friend and I, that we live with, drove, without stopping, 4 hours to see finally our kids. I dropped her off and went to my boys and we sat outside and ate pizza. It was a wonderful day, then we drove, straight, 4 hours home. It was just what my friend needed for her depression/anxiety from all of this, she got to walk on the beach with her boys. We were careful.
4/18-154-Glad to be starting a round in the low 150’s.
4/19-155-Made a pineapple upside down cake, gave 1/2 of it to friends parents.
4/20-154-Walking, quilting and lots of water today.
4/21-155-No Internet.
4/22-155-I’ve been getting 7 miles in each day;not enough water. Baking another crumb cake right now; just what I need.😀
