I tried a recipe from fudgy flourless chocolate cake from BA the other day but didn’t love it. Yours looks like the texture I was hoping to find! Would you mind sharing recipe?4 -

I want to give credit for this recipe. I got it from Menu' di Benedetta Parodi. She has done cooking shows here in Italy and I like her recipes. It's all free. I've learned a lot from her. She does a cute session where she has to cook a meal in a short amount of time. I'm always under pressure myself, so enjoy that part. She's online, if anyone wants to see more.
This is called "Torta Cioccolatino" or Chocolate Pie.
300g dark chocolate ( I had milk chocolate wrapped candies so I used those and added dark cocco powder)
2 tbls water
150g butter
150g sugar (you may need to add a little more if using only dark bitter chocolate, my milk chocolate has sugar
already)
6 eggs
6 tbls flour
1/4 tsp salt
In a fairly large pan melt the chocolate with the water, add butter and sugar and mix on the stove (very low heat) until just melted and smooth. Let cool a bit and then add 6 egg yolks.
Whip egg whites until stiff, add salt and flour.
Fold egg white mixture into chocolate mixture
Prepare a large pie pan by lining with parchment paper. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 350° for 20 min.
Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
