    Breakfast
    Pumpkin latte & a banana

    Lunch
    Apple & trail mix that I bulked up with extra walnuts

    Dinner
    Leftover mashed potatoes with a hard boiled egg chopped and mixed in (weird, but good) and a side of tomato slices

    Snacks
    Beef jerky, dark chocolate square and planning on a couple beers later on tonight

    Breakfast
    2 slices toast with butter and cinnamon sugar. 2 cups coffee with Splenda and half and half
    Lunch
    Gyro with onion and tomato (only ate 1/2 the pita), a small fry with ketchup to dip) leftover salad from yesterday and a large diet coke
    Dinner
    A small snack bar, a handful of grapes /cherries and a large water. Still full from lunch.

    Posted earlier menu from yesterday. This is today. Hope it was a good one for everyone!

    Breakfast: egg and cheese taco, watermelon

    Lunch: salad with romaine, edamame, kale, carrots, tofu, chow mein noodles and spicy peanut dressing

    Dinner: cannellini beans, lemony garlicky sautéed kale on sourdough toast

    Snacks: Trentino gelato pop, popcorn

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, protein bar
    Lunch: 3 Fish tacos + 1 chicken taco
    Dinner: 2 biscuits, 1 topped with a little leftover gravy, 1 topped with honey, 2 eggs, and a morning star sausage patty
    Dessert: Hagen daaz chocolate peanut butter ice cream

    Pretty good day today. I need more protein ideas that is not protein powder so I can hit my calories 🙆

    B- 2 keto pancakes 1tbs pb with coffee
    L- Hummus turkey low carb wrap with light sour cream 2 hubbys french fries3
    D- 2 1/2 crispy chicken tenders, serving baked lays chips
    S- Yasso greek yogurt ice cream bar
    Calories: Not enough 😠 1200 barely

    So what happened was dh and I thought about going on a date night but it got so hot and humid this afternoon neither one of us was hungry until late so I just opted for a "treat" dinner at home. I likef everything I had today and am happy so whatever 😩

    Workout: Sydney Cummings Slide leg burnout 40 minutes, and one of her 10 minute cardio workouts logged mibe for 400 calories hers was over 600. It is frustrating trying to gauge calories. I need a watch thingy 🐝

    Breakfast: overnight oats topped with brown sugar and roasted edamame

    Lunch: cornbread tamale pie with hot sauce

    Snack; layered vanilla almond protein bar and frozen red grapes

    Dinner: Korean pork tacos and a salad with light peppercorn ranch dressing

    Dessert: banana choc-chunk oat b’fast cookies with peanut butter glaze

    breakfast: grapes and a small chocolate protein shake
    lunch: a serving of lasagna (by weight should be 485kcal), a small dark beer
    snack: apple and coffee with milk
    dinner: salad (lettuce, tomato, some beans, yogurt dressing) and a slice of corn bread

    Lunch: Sandwich, veggies with dip

    Snack: Honey dew (if needed)

    Dinner: Pasta with butter, parmesan, peas, and broccoli

    Snack: Tea and yogurt (if needed)

    I over did it this weekend and then started the week off with 2 nights of rough sleep. So my energy levels have tanked. Barely awake this morning, but I don't want to call in to work especially since I can work from home.

    Large salad with a hard boiled eggs/cheese, sides of Famous Dave's spicy pickles and pickled beets, a warm garlic breadstick and a large diet coke.

    Unknown because my mom's surgery doesn't start until 3:45...

    - grated carrot

    Snacks
    (2:45PM)
    - coffee (50ml of semi-skimmed milk)
    (5PM)
    - 2 servings of sugar-free cherry jelly

    Dinner (8PM):
    - elbow pasta w/ butternut squash, spinach and homemade tomato sauce
    - 3 level tbsp of low-fat ricotta

    Snack (9:30PM):
    - banana

    Haven’t had a good navel orange in quite some time. For some reason, had a hunger for one today. This was a treat! 🍊

    B. One egg cooked over half cup of corn beef hash in small skillet. Five oz of LS V8 juice.

    L. Large summer salad of romaine, tomato, cucumber made with .5 oz each of chopped deli ham, turkey, cheddar and jack cheese, one hard boiled egg. Dressed with homemade honey mustard dressing. I made this salad too big as I couldn't eat it all. :D

    S. 1 oz corn chips.

    D. Premier chocolate protein drink.

    Activities - 15 minute Hasfit weight workout on Youtube. 15 minutes of cleaning.

    D- 2 beef patties and a slice of cheese with peas, and lays baked sour fream and cheddar chips 😮

    Calories:1400 😊 hit macros to almost hit my protien 🐄
    Workout: Sydney Cummings total body workout 30 minutes logged 325 burned she had ofer 400

    It seems I ate a lot but I guess portion size makes all the difference. I am super thirsty though 🙈

    Breakfast: evol frozen breakfast burrito

    Lunch: roasted pork shoulder on romaine cucumber cabbage radish Parmesan salad with vinaigrette.

    Dinner: lemon roasted chicken thigh, roasted sweet potato and cauliflower, small cup of ice cream

    Snacks: popcorn, ak-mak crackers

    Salad of power greens, artichoke hearts & tricolor rigatoni

    Not sure yet, but I am getting Mexican per my daughters request so I am going to try and stay somewhat in control which may be difficult bc I love Mexican food. I’m thinking either chicken/shrimp fajitas, fish tacos or they have a super yummy chicken fajita salad.
