Today we had to have my mom at the hospital early just for a covid test.(Required for her kidney stone removal on Wednesday ). My husband has to have one tomorrow to start back at work Monday. My mom has her procedure on Wednesday and Friday our "Mason" gets his left knee fixed. He will not be able to put weight on it for one week and it takes about 8 weeks to heal. Alot happening at once and feeling very overwhelmed..Hoping this finds everyone enjoying their Monday😊

Not sure yet, but I am getting Mexican per my daughters request so I am going to try and stay somewhat in control which may be difficult bc I love Mexican food. I’m thinking either chicken/shrimp fajitas, fish tacos or they have a super yummy chicken fajita salad.
