I finally found the above wo from Fit Outside the box that is at a pace I can keep up with!
It's the most "beginner" beginner step workout I've come across. Very fun moves and easy to follow.1 -
First I did Karla's step and strength intervals that was live Friday (but I was at work)

Was going to do this last week, but I took too long to coordinate (I otherwise love to 💃 and to stay in rhythm with the trainers). So instead I came across:

This was a DVD (now on youtube) I had many years ago. It was one of the yoga ones I liked (I'm not fond of yoga but my body needs it!) so I was happy to find this. Beginner level but slow gentle good stretch yoga!

I'm a visual person and love when workouts have pretty rooms or pretty scenery to look at!
I liked the split-screen in this one with a virtual walk path to look at and enjoy!
