THIS! @ceiswyn you inspire and inspire and inspire1 -
Thankyou! It's taken a lot of hard work and I'm still struggling with some eating disorder issues, but it's worth it.
The first pic is of me on holiday in Iceland; that was the glacial outflow lake Jokulsarlon. I'd always wanted to swim in icy water.
(Wouldn't do it now, mind; I miss that insulation!)
What an inspiration you are! Your hard work is evident in the pics! Keep it up!👏🙌0 -
On the left: Oct 2017 ~220+ lbs
On the right: Nov 2020 maintaining at 130 lbs
I lost most of the weight this past year. I got diagnosed with a medical condition and made a lifestyle change. Weight lifting and strength training are my go to exercises.

I had a couple large babies and am worried about my abdominal region. How many of us 5'6-5'7" women are dealing with loose belly skin and where are you at with it?
I'm not opposed to surgery, but I'd rather not if I don't have to.2 -

I have gone up and down in weight over the past 15 years. In high school, I hovered around 150 lbs and then lost 30 lbs. I starved myself and over exercised to lose that weight, and developed an eating disorder. I kept the weight off into college, and then gained about 125 lbs over the course of 1-2 years while struggling with panic disorder and depression. I lost the weight, though a bit quickly, and reached 135 lbs. I developed a problem with binging at the time, was still having panic attacks (used food to cope) and gained almost all of the weight back. About 1 1/2 years ago, I weighed about 220 lbs again. I have improved my health greatly since then, both mentally and physically, and am now 128 lbs.
