I tried this one today... Pretty easy to follow, had to modify and make it low impact which was easy to do, due to my R foot, the ball of my foot has a lot of pain and jumping on it is not a good idea. I did the 1st 35 min till she started using bands which I don't have anymore (they broke) and ended with a 15 min stretch!

Yvette is great when you want a good cardio workout without too much choreography. She does a lot of hiit style, but also some kickboxing. There's always lower impact modifications you can do.
Has anyone tried dailymotion.com? I've found some workout videos there that are not available on YouTube.

I watch youtube on my smart tv in my workout room in our basement, not sure how to get Dailymotion on that tv? But it looks good!!!0 -
I use my tablet for workouts! We don't have a "smart" tv that uses apps, but it can read thumb drives if I download videos.
Today was another Yvette kickboxing:

Good for the buns but too much repetition for my taste.
And some challenging (for me) yoga, my balance is not what it used to be!

but I'm not sure if I'd do it again. A bit too much talking, though she's really nice!
I am doing Heathers Robertson 12w challenge and I love her style: no talking, great music ans a beep to let you know when to start or stop without having to twist to the screen during the workout 😀1 -
this one I felt in my waist a lot!

Wasn't that great but got my bpm up enough.

This was yesterday's workout.
This is day one of the Heather Robertson 12 week workout program.
It was extremely challenging for me as there was some jumping and I got out of breath at times.
It's mostly cardio with some strength thrown in. The first part had some abs work and there was a move that was really hard - elbow plank with the legs hopping in and out.
My abs are sore today! Don't have time for day 2 but will pick it back up on Friday.
I love Heather Robertson! Good music, too.1 -
