    Use a detox when you want to reset your body.
    You can outexercise everything.

    It you were actually 'toxed' you would croak within a few days. It would mean your liver and kidneys are shutting down. There is no detox in the world that can fix it when things go sideways with your internal organs. There is no such thing as a food reset. When you are done with the imaginary food reset you will be right back where you started especially if you fall right back into your old eating patterns. Both are useless.
