 I was able to get a telehealth appointment with my doctor yesterday so I have meds that I will pick up on my lunch break today. Classic sinus infection is what he thinks (and what I was thinking as well). If my boss wasn't on vacation I would take a sick day, but I can't leave the new employee without backup. Damn being responsible lol.2

 Pre-breakfast: Pumpkin swirl brownies - baked them last night for a co-worker's birthday and had to taste test to make sure they're okay!
 Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, leftover chili
 Lunch: Burrito bowl with cilantro lime rice, onion and pepper mix, ground beef, black beans, cheese, a dollup of greek yogurt
 Snack: Cottage cheese and triscuits
 Dinner: Turkey tikka masala
 Dessert: Potentially hot cocoa if I workout today2

 A bowl of raisin bran crunch with pecans and half a banana on top. Unsweetened almond milk for cereal and a cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
 Lunch
 A bowl of Campbell's tomato soup with too many ritz crackers on top (they just tasted too good 🤗) a large diet coke
 Dinner
 Cherry chocolate protein shake with cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup.
 Husband and I walked one of the trails in the forest preserve and plan to drive thru our fairgrounds christmas light display tonight.

 B-3 vans chocolate chip pancakes with pb2, and strawberry jam, and coffee
 L- hummus and grilled chicken wrap with sour cream, strawberries, and greenbeans
 S- 2 packets of lower sugar oatmeal
 D- sugar free bbq chicken, baked potato with 1tbs of butter and seasonings
 S- tortilla chips and cheese
 S- Halop top oatmeal cookie ice cream with 1tbs of sugar free chocolate chips
 Workout: leg day, walk, 10 minute full body kettle bell2

 Lunch: McDonald's cheeseburger and small fry, sprite (had to go get my meds and had a last minute meeting scheduled so making lunch was out the window)
 Dinner: Yellow thai chicken curry, tempura vegetables, cali roll
 Dessert: Sprite (stomach was upset after first dose of meds so sipped on this the rest of the evening)2

 L- I sauteed some purple onion and put it on top of my chicken breast with a low fat cheese slice and put it in a wrap and baked it. It was awesome 😃, strawberries, and greenbeans
 S- 2 packets lower sugar oatmeal
 D1- sweet potato topped with lowfat cottage cheese and cinnamon, and bbq chicken
 D2- Half a stromboli with hubby 😍
 Workout: 45 minute chest and tri on sydneys channel, a 10 minute core, and a 30 minute walk3

            B: 4 Vans multigrain waffles, two with butter and two with almond butter. A smoothie with hemp protein powder, chia powder, cocoa powder, unsweetened soymilk, frozen mixed berries, and spinach.
 S: Honest Tea unsweetened black tea
 L: Finn Crisp rye crispbreads, deli turkey with mustard, fresh mozzarella, pine nut hummus, a mug of vanilla-flavored coffee with unsweetened soymilk, and some almond biscotti.
 D : Brown rice with two packets of lemon-chive salmon, olive oil, onion flakes, and tarragon. A salad of spinach, tomato, yellow bell pepper, onion flakes, and tarragon, and a mug of jasmine green tea.
 S: A chocolate-almond biscotti and another mug of jasmine green tea.
 Workout: Walked over three miles, carried heavy shopping bags for half that distance.0

 Lunch: Vanilla Icelandic yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, granola
 Snack: None
 Dinner: L/O yellow curry, veggie tempura, cali roll
 Dessert: a piece of chocolate
 The antibiotics seem to be helping! But I am dealing with headaches which is a known side effect of these meds along with a symptom of my sinus infections so who knows. Tylanol does seem to help so I figure it's not too bad!1

 Brunch: So Delicious Raspberry Coconut Yogurt w/chia seeds, two eggs scrambled w/cheddar & castelvetrano olives in ghee
 Happy Hour: Grapefruit mimosa, french fries & Gentleman Jack w/a splash of coke
 Dinner: fundido & guac w/chips, blood orange margarita, duck carnitas, black beans & rice, coffee drink w/two types of tequila & whipped cream
 Wednesday:
 Breakfast: espresso w/1 tsp of Sugar in the Raw
 Brunch: prime rib french dip (didn't eat the bread), fries, horseradish sauce, greyhound
 Happy Hour: Gentleman Jack w/a splash of coke
 Dinner: fundido w/chips, blood orange limeade w/shot of vodka, sea scallops w/white truffle crema, black beans & rice, coffee drink w/two types of tequila & whipped cream
 Thursday:
 Breakfast: espresso w/1 tsp of white sugar
 Brunch: two fried eggs, hashbrowns, biscuit & sausage gravy
 Snack: Roasted garlic hummus, Blue Diamond Nut-Thin crackers
 Dinner: Asian slaw, uncured beef pastrami
 Happy New Year!: prosecco w/pellegrino blood orange sparkling water
 I was out of town from Tuesday afternoon until Thursday afternoon so my eating was not within my calorie requirements. Tomorrow I will be returning to my healthy meals and staying within my calories.

 Snack: None
 Dinner: Cheese and crackers, pigs in a blanket, olives, perogies (just a bit of each)

            Yesterday:
 B: Four slices of sprouted whole grain bread, plain whole milk yogurt, a smoothie (hemp protein powder, chia powder, cocoa powder, unsweetened soy milk, frozen mixed berries, spinach), fish oil and vitamin D3 supplements
 S: Stok Fueled Cold Brew (It's kind of like bulletproof coffee, it has whey protein, butter, and MCT oil. I bought it by accident.)
 L: Food made by a relative (dal, vegetable pulau, fried potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, this little mini white cake thing without frosting, and green tea)
 I didn't have dinner since I didn't have enough calories left for dinner.
 S: Some leftover deli turkey that I had to finish, about two glasses of champagne, and some almond and chocolate-almond biscotti.
 Workout: Only about a two mile walk.
 I ate way too much yesterday so I definitely have to go lighter today.2

 Bbq tray (take out from a local place) sausage, turkey, ribs,1/2chicken,burnt ends and moist beef brisket. Mac and cheese, coleslaw, potato wedges and a large diet coke..I put this out buffet style and my husband and I shared. I'm Using leftovers for lunch on Saturday. We have alot leftover

 Lunch: Smitten Kitchen salad of roasted sweet potatoes, pepitas, black beans, avocado, lime…so great.
 Later: glass of red wine and a small piece of panforte.2

            I successfully ate in a deficit today to make up for overeating yesterday.
 Skipped breakfast.
 L: two scrambled eggs with black pepper and paprika, some sauteed vegetables (spinach and yellow bell pepper) and a raw tomato, two slices sprouted whole grain bread with butter, two Van's multigrain waffles with butter, Stok cold brew "bulletproof coffee" thing
 S: Gatorade Zero lemon-lime
 D : deli turkey, fresh mozzarella, plain whole grain elbow macaroni, a plain baked sweet potato, and two cups of Irish breakfast tea
 S: homemade hot chocolate (cocoa powder, unsweetened soy milk, turbinado sugar)
 Workout: Walked 3+ miles2

 Breakfast - peach Greek yogurt & coffee.
 Lunch - split peas w/ carrots & onion, string cheese, 1/2 pear and a smoothie made from almond milk & frozen banana.
 Dinner - 4 slices Dominos taco pizza and 2 Wild Range IPA (Aldi).
 Later - Hot cocoa, a few green olives & 1 glass of prosecco.
 NYD
 Breakfast - oatmeal with PB&J mixed in, coffee.
 Lunch - BBQ chicken chunks and a mix of roasted peppers, onions & zucchini with spices. Coffee and 3 mini donuts, made from a Chocolate Covered Katie recipe (snowball donuts)
 Dinner - Arby's roast beef sandwich with 1/2 bun, 1 potato cake.2

 Later: glass of red wine and a little piece of sourdough as I was slicing it for the freezer.

            Workdays I pack a dinner since I work late. Often I just eat the same thing for "lunch" and "dinner".
 Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and marmalade with coffee
 Lunch: 1/2 sandwich with 1 pc sliced turkey,1 pc. Sargento ultra thin cheese, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 salad with 1 tsp ranch dressing
 Dinner: Other 1/2 of sandwich, 1 cup grapes, coffee, 1/2 salad with 1 tsp ranch dressing
 Snack: applesauce, Groove crackers
 I may have a cutie tangerine when I get home from work. But maybe not since I get home from work at 11:30pm2
