I can put on my work pants with minimal overhang!! They are higher waisted and the band is like a thick rubber band. I am soo happy!13

As I was preparing my meals for my 12 hour shift at work today I realized I didn’t feel deprived or like I was on a diet. Everything was something I am happy to eat. My focus on losing weight this time has been to make this a lifestyle change rather than a diet so that felt really good.21

Skipping a whole dress size on the way down and taking my lifting belt down another notch....oh and learning two new lifts (belt cleans, strongwoman style and power jerks) and conquering the frell out of them (have belly/ab bruises to prove it)17

Watch one notch tighter.17

Skin NSV - I had a belly button piercing for a number of years before I got pregnant and then took it out for good. Ever since then, I can always tell when I'm finally losing weight because of the way the stretch marks around it get wrinkly before my skin adjusts/tightens. This time I'm trying to lose the weight slower so my skin has more time to process!
Editing to add - lose the weight slower and keep it off!12 -
Box jumps. I weight train and am working on agility - box jumps just terrify me and I'm working on adding height. I'm 65 yrs old.23

Wearing a purse of mine crossbody. 45 lbs ago it barely went over my shoulder and boobs. Now it hangs down properly and is comfortable to wear that way. Woohoo!24

Sumo squats are getting easier!
My Tuesday/Thursday morning workouts are cardio, and the warmup is always the same - shuffle, jump rope, squat to knee strike, lateral lunge, sumo squat walk. When I started the program 8 weeks ago, I could barely hold the sumo squat, let alone step forward and backward like the trainer was telling me to; the best I could do was a wide-legged stance shifting from one foot to the other. This morning I managed to stay low (knees bent almost 90 degrees) and take 8 steps. My hips still don't love it, but they're getting better at it!17 -
I was going into the office today and ended up having to wear jeans, all of my proper trousers were baggy or otherwise weird looking.
I also had a bunch of polite feedback so that was nice affirmation especially since I haven’t really lost weight since November. I sort of decided to maintain over the holidays in order to slow my roll a little but also went on a slight candy bender that wasn’t supposed to happen... I’m holding steady at my all time low again now and will see if I can slowly lose a couple of more kg this spring to bring me into the healthy BMI.16 -
Being able to scrub the opposite side of the tub!17

To wow my doctor during my next monthly visit. We have a safe weight loss bet going on for the month and i want to crush it.14

Took chip out of bag. Looked at it, put it back in. Made a salad, with some frozen blueberries and a little cereal for crunch in unsweetened vanilla coconut milk for dessert.25

I can get my wedding rings off my fingers again! They had been stuck on there for about a year. Scale hasn't moved this week somehow, but getting the rings off and on my finger is a great victory.29

I just saw myself in a mirror that I haven’t seen for months, and I look noticeably smaller. I’m not saying thinner, because I’m nowhere near being thin, but at least I’m smaller.32

Leggings were falling down when I was running. Loose leggings and running are both new things.34

My boobs are bigger than my stomach I'm only at the start though, I have done 25 days but I have a long way to go.27

I traveled this weekend for a women's ice hockey tournament. I brought food but I ate out way more meals than I planned to but even then I stuck to my Keto efforts. I really amazed myself by turning down all the treats my team went for! It's easy to try to justify things when you burn (*estimated*) 350-500 calories each of the 6 games in 2 1/2 days, but I held strong for once!14
