Breakfast - blueberries, raspberries, brown sugar and cinnamon mixed into oatmeal, coffee X 2.
Lunch - leftover vegan pumpkin pancake w/ cranberries, sugar-free syrup, 2 oz. sliced ham and a boiled egg.
Dinner - chickpea pasta with veggie meatballs & homemade marinara heavy on the onions, celery & peppers
PM Snack - oh boy. I'm having a "slumber party" with my senior mom due to snowy conditions and we're gonna watch TV and snack. I am planning to have a Chobani Flip s'mores flavor, tea, diet cola and some sugar snap peas. She will probably have chips, dip, apple fritters & more (she is not very overweight, just likes her junk food at nighttime and celebrations).3 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Snack: Dark chocolate protein pancakes with 2 tbsp peanut butter, another coffee with creamer
Lunch: Lemon chicken and orzo soup loaded with veggies. A slice of homemade bread on the side.
Snack: Cottage cheese with black pepper, carrots, hummus, triscuits, maybe a banana
Dinner: Pesto shrimp pasta with cherry tomatos and zucchini
May or may not also have a protein bar depending on hunger levels later.1 -
Breakfast: espresso with 1 tsp turbinado sugar
Brunch: leftover grilled beef patty
Dinner: Chilean sea bass, sea scallops, brown rice w/Japanese rice seasoning, sesame seeds and ponzu, grapefruit/avocado salad w/ponzu
Snack: low fat cottage cheese, nut thins

Breakfast: Loaded hashbrowns with mushrooms, peppers, onions, chicken sausage, and 2 eggs topped with hot sauce
Lunch: Everything bagel sandwich with cream cheese, ham, and cucumber, strawberry oui yogurt
Snack: Pumpkin Spice tea with sugar
Dinner: Kung Pao chicken and veggies over rice noodles (Was edible but not the best recipe. I will eat it again tonight (don't want to waste food) but won't make it again.)
Snack: Piece of chocolate cake and ice cream2 -

Lunch: Lentil- veggie soup with protein pasta
Tea: latte and banana bread
Dinner: kale salad with beets & tempeh, smashed cucumbers
Dessert: PB banana wrap with some granola for crunch1 -

Amy's 1/2 pound veggie burger over lettuce, tomatoes, Sautรฉed mushrooms/diced onions, pickles, shredded cheddar cheese. Used a drizzle of ketchup and mustard as the dressing..tasty and very filling๐ค Needed my crunch, so a side of Stacy's naked pita chips. Ice water

A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
Dinner
Fruit salad..Today is probably its last day before going slimey.

breakfast: smoothie: one banana, .5 cup strawberries, one vanilla activia yogurt, 2 tsp unsweet cocoa, 1 tsp instant coffee, drop of vanilla - ice/water
lunch: homemade cauliflower fried rice
dinner: homemade sweet/sour veggies and noodles
snack: 1 cup skim milk, .5 walmart brownie2 -
Breakfast: Berry protein shake
Snack: Coffee with creamer, almond bliss protein bar

Dinner: leftovers galore! ๐ strata, kale salad w/tempeh and roast veg, chickpea shawarma (MFP) and some imagine super reds soup.
Dessert: uh, too full from dinner!! ๐ maybe some tea before bed3 -
@MinTheKitCat - I work in computer programming / reverse engineering! But the current office I work in is on shift work. 6 out of 10 weeks I'm on night shift, and the other 4 weeks I'm on days!

D- plain chicken breast with bbq sauce and baked beans
S- chocolate mint hummus with grams, air popped popcorn, and dark chocolate pb candies

Breakfast - one slice of French toast w/ coconut butter, unsweetened shredded coconut & sugar-free syrup. Coffee.
Lunch - veggie burger patty with mustard, sweet potato cauliflower tots, pickle spear.
Snack - 1 scoop hot fudge sundae w/ whipped cream & cherry (Braum's).
Dinner - Sriracha mac w/ a homemade sauce (nutritional yeast & almond milk base) plus tons of green onion. 1/2 Gala apple w/ a little peanut butter.2 -

Lunch: oatmeal Florentine
Tea: Earl grey tea latte with Apple slices, blood orange segments, jammy egg ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฝ
Dinner: lemony tahini farro & broccoli with green beans and mustard seed salmon

Carry out from Portillos. A pepper and egg sandwich with grilled onions, extra sweet peppers, American cheese, ghardinera on Gonnella French bread roll.. They make 2 sizes. I got the 9in and shared with my husband. A Side salad with house dressing , 1 onion ring and a few fries. Love this sandwich but is only available at lent..We have a follow vet appointment with Mason's knee surgeon to remove 1/2 of his staples. Poor little guy has 21 and will be in his cone for another week ๐ถ

Lunch - lunch serving of kung pao chicken, 1/2 serving steamed rice, 1 crab rangoon & split a bowl of egg drop soup with my husband.
Dinner - 2 slices of Target's spinach & goat cheese pizza, 2 bottles of Peroni
Today
Breakfast - toast with tomato jelly on 1/2, apricot preserves on 1/2. Fried egg w/ hot sauce, coffee.
Lunch - bowl of lentils, blueberry banana smoothie made w/ almond milk & hemp protein.
Dinner - taco salad from a local Mexican restaurant, Cadbury egg later.3
