Breakfast: avocado toast with "everything bagel" seasoning, fried egg w/ hot sauce, coffee.
Lunch: TVP taco salad with shredded lettuce, tons of sauteed peppers & onions and crumbled tortilla chips, salsa & sour cream for dressing. Whole orange.
Dinner: homemade thin crust pizza w/ provolone, marinara, basil, onions, green & black olives and baby bella mushrooms. And a semi-rare for me diet cola...love it w/ pizza!4 -
Breakfast
Oatmeal with pecans and blueberries on top. Unsweetened almond milk mixed in.
Lunch
Large salad with black beans, fire roasted corn, Pico de Gallo and some pineapple salsa on top.
After lunch
A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
1 banana
Dinner
๐ค a bowl of mixed fruit.

Breakfast: toasted sourdough with avocado, romaine, tomato, and smoked salmon
Snacks: rice cake with half avocado, a croissant
Late lunch: pumpkin soup with olive focaccia
Later: slice of banana bread, four ginger chews, piece of Trader Joeโs dark choc
Maybe a glass of red wine later, it is calling meโฆ
And: cups of tea and one coffee with oat milk, tracked 1/2 cup2 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Snack: Oat and honey granola bar
Lunch: BBQ tofu sliders with greek yogurt based cole slaw and a few doritos
Snack: Berry protein shake, coffee with creamer
Dinner: Quinoa bowl containing sweet potato, kale, chicken, roasted brussels, and dijon vinegrette2 -

Brunch: beef patty, black beans w/onion & cilantro, squash medley: zucchini, yellow squash, onion, tomato sautรฉed in olive oil
Dinner: Nikumiso (ground pork w/red miso, onion, ginger, garlic, mirin & soy), brown rice, delicata squash (w/butter, miso & ginger), romaine leaves for the Nikumiso
Snack: Kind bar: Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew2 -
Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, toast, beans
Lunch: Frozen beef and bean burrito, sour cream, tortilla chips, street corn dip
Snack: None
Dinner: Homemade flat bread pizza with mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper, banana peppers, and mozzarella cheese
Snack: Hot chocolate, rice krispy treat1 -
Breakfast: chocolate chia pudding with unsweetened shredded coconut, coffee.
Lunch: salmon cakes w/ drizzle of Sriracha mayo, steamed broccoli.
Dinner: The menu at the dinner theatre I'm attending is pulled pork, baked beans, salad, roll & peach cobbler. I have a feeling I'll leave behind the beans and roll but enjoy the rest!3 -
Breakfast
Oatmeal with blueberries and pecan halves. Unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon mixed into oatmeal..VERY cold here today. A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half.
Lunch
Ran alot of errands today so I was starving when I got home. I had a sweet potato the size of my head with butter and cinnamon sugar. Fast and tasty

L- a low carb wrap with hummus and grilled chicken, 1/2 a bell pepper with hummus,a few greenbeans, strawberries
S- aldi protien yogurt
D- 2 96/4 hamburger patties on slidder buns, spinach, and baked bbq chips and a bite of homemade stuff crust bacon pizza
S- sugar free crustless pumpkin pie with one crushed up graham cracker

Lunch: shrimp, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms & peppers over rice with a little queso & quite a bit of salsa on top and a few chips.
Snacks: berry kombucha, large Americano, 3 chocolate no-bake cookies
Dinner: brown beans, cornbread, collard greens & a Cara Cara orange.2 -

Dinner: Pan fried parmesan tilapia, pasta with butter and parm, and roasted zucchini

I was proud of myself last night. I did NOT want to cook. It was cold and my bed with all my blankets was comfy and warm. But I got myself up off my behind and did it. Once I was in the kitchen I remembered I like cooking and I was so happy to have a nice warm healthy-ish meal. This has been something I am trying to get better about so this is a big win.5 -
Breakfast: cherry Greek yogurt, 1/2 bowl of Special K w/ almond milk, coffee.
Lunch: veggie burger on toast with pickles, lettuce, onion & mustard, sweet potato & cauliflower "tots", blueberries.
Dinner: pumpkin pancakes w/ cranberries baked in, 2 slices of ham & Roastaroma tea. We don't get into football (even though our "local" team is in it!) - so no Super Bowl stuff over here!3 -

Dinner: Chicken and veggie korma curry, rice, naan (first time making curry with frozen veggies instead of fresh... and it was decent! More then acceptable!)

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Lunch: Bagel thin topped with a slice of provalone each side, spinach, 2 lightly fried eggs, and everything but the bagel seasoning. 1 morningstar sausage patty.
Dinner: Balsamic chicken thigh with roasted brussel sprouts over brown rice
Dessert: Homemade carrot cake and a cocktail2
