Sprouted whole grain bagel toasted with smear of butter so the cinnamon sticks and 1/2 a mini box of raisins on top. Large ice water
Lunch
Large salad with kidney beans, diced red onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers with lots of black pepper and hit of parmesan cheese. Large ice water (32oz)
After lunch
A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
Dinner
Probably a bowl of fruit and a large ice water.1 -
Didn't feel like cooking. I had fish fingers with German style potato salad and a simple cucumber, tomato, feta salad.3

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, breakfast burrito with 2 eggs scrambled, onion, green bell pepper, morningstar sausage patty, and a little cheese and salsa
Snack: Coconut almond built bar, another coffee with creamer
Lunch: Vegetable and barley soup with triscuits
Snack: Cottage cheese with pepper sprinkled on top, a banana
Dinner: Paprika spinach and chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli
Snack: Likely a cup of peppermint tea3 -

Dinner: Cheese and crackers, ham, and coleslaw

Today dinner was pasta with lots of lovely sweet onions, garlic, a self-made tomato sauce (well, bits and paste to cover the pasta) and chorizo. Covered in feta. Very tasty, lots of lovely carbs, and very filling. And now a piece of cake.3

A large salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, celery, carrots, kidney beans, a box of mini raisins, some chopped pecans, lots of black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Large ice water
After lunch
A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
Dinner
Bowl of fresh fruit with some coconut flakes on top and another large ice water.
Workout was 1/2 hour on the treadmill and the 21 day fix upper body workout..I want to cut my treadmill time and start weights, yoga and some full body workouts for the other 1/2 hour. Missing the variety. Happy menus everyone 😊1 -

Breakfast - 2 blueberry toaster waffles w/ sugar-free syrup, 1 hard-boiled egg & coffee
Lunch - baked potato w/ TVP "taco meat", sour cream, tons of (cooked) bell peppers & onions. Piece of Wensleydale white chocolate raspberry cheese.
Dinner - Belgian waffle w/ each slice topped a different way - coconut butter & shredded coconut, chocolate chips, strawberries & butter/syrup. Decaf coffee and a 90 cal packet of thinly sliced ham.3 -
Breakfast 1 slice whole grain toast with 1slice of cheddar, tomato, onion and lettuce. Two cups of tea with milk.
Lunch: protein yoghurt, 1 slice whole grain bread with 1slice of cheddar, tomato, onion and lettuce, fun size kitkat with tea.
Dinner: cauliflower rice, tomato based vegetable stew (onion, 2carrots, red bell pepper, 14 button mushrooms, sweetcorn, 1/2 can chickpeas, chopped tinned tomatoes, pasata).

@seltzermint555 - I totally looked up that cheese thinking "oh maybe she meant white chocolate raspberry cheesecake???" and nope! Hard to imagine that's a real thing! How was it??1

So good! More of a sharp cheese flavor with a hint of raspberry/chocolate. I eat it alongside other food rather than by itself. Kinda balances the tart sweetness & richness.2 -

Breakfast - fridge oats made w/ vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries, cinnamon, lemon juice, flax & chia seed. Coffee.
Lunch - diner burger with lettuce, pickle, tomato & onion and half bun. Most of the fries and a little honey mustard to dip.
Dinner - refried bean bowl with tons of peppers, onions & tomatoes. Topped w/ salsa & sour cream. 1/2 banana and a whole navel orange.2 -
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with almond milk, chocolate protein powder, pb2, a banana, and a dash of syrup as sweetener
Snack: Coffee with creamer
Lunch: Beef stew with 2 homemade buttermilk biscuits
Dinner: 2 chicken fajitas with a dollup of greek yogurt and salsa
Dessert: If hungry, either a few lemon meringue chocolates or a built bar3 -

Breakfast - fridge oats made w/ vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon, flax & chia, blueberries. Coffee.
Lunch - enormous chef salad w/ 2 hard-boiled eggs, oven roasted turkey, homemade herb croutons, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, green onion and honey mustard dressing. 1/2 bottle of strawberry kombucha.
Snack - packet of almond butter & cinnamon apple tea
Dinner - black beans & corn muffin, collard greens.

Yesterday went off the rails and over the side of the cliff. Work meetings and other things really messed me up. I just kept eating that afternoon because of no real lunch and all the stress.
Breakfast: Egg, american cheese, and ham sandwich on a croissant roll

Lunch: Rolls with butter and cheese, slice of chocolate cake
Snack: Cheez its, cheese snack, glass of mango juice mixed with a bit of sprite
Dinner: Slow cooker chicken and dumplings
