evening :) my numbers for the week are:

    Weigh in: Stayed the same.
    Exercise Minutes: A measly 351
Exercise Challenge: 11 sets of man-style press ups.
Food Challenge: 3 portions of green veg eaten 3 days, 3+ on 4 days.

So, just so I can check I'm doing this right, does that mean that my stats are:

    OWLs: 11
    NEWTs: 23
    House Points: 351

I think I will struggle with this week's food challenge as I really do not like fruit much. Also I struggle with Mountain Climbers as they hurt my legs but I will do my best with the challenges.

That's great!! I should get one, too. I find it so hard to go out in the winter, but I don't like the summer heat either! I'm never happy with the weather, it seems. lol

    Hey Huffle-friends!

So, for starters, I have been crappy at checking in.

I do kinda have some valid excuses though- it's not just cuz I'm being lazy. I had some non-weight related victories this past week and so I am officially working four jobs now(!)... the most important of course being my silly one year old twins, but I had an interview last week and I got a new job as a PR/Marketing specialist for a talent agency that allows me to work from home so that I can keep the babies, in addition to my freelance graphic design business and teaching Zumba! I am so busy I can barely check in, but I thrive when I'm busy :)

Anyway, my hubby is off from work tomorrow so I'm going to try to take a few minutes to catch up with the thread and report in my stats.

    You guys are awesome. :)

I don't know how you do all of that, lady! Kudos to you for juggling all of that craziness! Being a Mom to twins is hard enough! I know this from experience. My sister had twins at 15 and they've lived with me ever since! Mine (well, my nieces) are ten now, but I remember how hectic things were when they were as little as yours!

Ok I am weighing in. I am not so happy with my weigh in this week but i am down is all that matters. I am 174.8 down .4 of a pound. I am ok though writing this wearing size 11 pants that I didn't have to un button to put on. My husband says I look great. My mil saw me yesterday after not seeing me for a week and says she can really see a difference. So I am happy for now. 4 more days of 30 day shred and then I will start round 2.

To the few of you saying you had a bad week - I did, too! It happens to the best of us! In my family, September has a LOT of birthdays, and that's what's throwing me off. My birthday was the first week, my dad's 50th was Saturday and my sister's 21st is Friday! After that, though, I'm gonna be 100% back on track. I haven't completely fallen off, but I've just been letting myself enjoy the occasions.

I'm going to be super-strict with myself for the remainder of the week! I have to celebrate with my sister on Friday night, though.. but after that, it's on!!!

Chin up, my lovely badgers. :flowerforyou:

My sisters 21st birthday is next month. My sons 2nd birthday is next month. My middle daughters is november 3 and mine is november 11. I so feel your pain. I plan to enjoy them all but in moderation and make sure I get some good workouts in for sure. The good thing about my kids is we are doing a joint birthday so only one party but we also celebrate on their actual birthday too. But not good to actually deprive yourself of everything just maybe portion control. It will be all good. hope you have a good monday.

I'm here, I'm here! I promise I'm gonna check in tonight. To be honest, I haven't yet because I am ashamed that I need to go back and read through the thread and see HOW to do it, then I gotta tally my numbers and report in.

Maybe sodium intake? I know when I jump that much too much sodium and not enough water is usually the culprit. No worries though there is no way you put on 4lbs of fat. That is water weight. It will come off!
