    Lunges sound good to me. It's almost midnight here in England so I won't be doing any lunges tonight!

    Off topic to anything weight loss related - while shopping today I saw that load of shops had Christmas products out. It's September for crying out loud!!

    I saw this the other day as well. It's getting so crazy now. They put the Christmas stuff out earlier and earlier. We haven't even had Halloween yet! My son saw this stuff and started telling me what he wants for Christmas. I'm like pump your brakes sweetheart mommy has a few more months!
  • We still have Halloween and Thanksgiving to get through before Christmas CRAZY. I have been such a slacker this weekend. But I enjoyed time with my family. I plan to really get back on tomorrow.


    I did stay under my sodium goal for the day.

    On the verge of crying this AM... Stupid weigh-in. Up to 173.4 - I should weigh-in on Friday... I was 'good' this weekend so this really upsets me... Grrrr!!! Now I gotta kick some butt to bring that back down!

    hello everyone sorry i've been absent for a bit. it's hard to get to a computer on the weekends and i just log using my phone. here are my stats for 9/12 to 9/18-

    House Points: 602
    Newts: 6 (if just counting servings of green veggies but 21 if counting all veggies and fruit)
    OWLs: 2 ( i kept forgetting about these dreaded mountain climbers)

    Weight in today: 301.6 (lost 4lbs) and i lost a .25 inches off my hips!!

    perfects, i love the challenges for this week. way to go everyone.

    I have been getting in a ton of lunges while watching football. I do a set during each commercial it's really working out great. Just a tip in case you haven't been able to find the time. Watch that sodium! Keep drinking water!

    I'm really really sick at the moment and I was taken to hospital with suspected meningitis in the early hours of this morning. Thankfully I don't have have meningitis, just a very bad viral infection throughout my body. Because of this, I have to rest completely and I could feel like this for 10 days. I feel awful, really awful, so obviously I don't want to feel like this for longer than necessary and so I won't be able to do much exercise this week. Sorry that I'll be bringing the team's results down, I promise I'll work twice as hard when I'm better!

    Sorry Hufflepuffs, I haven't kept track of food for two days and haven't excercised at all either :cry: But I'm back on track today and hoping the rain stops so that tennis class isn't cancelled. Either way, running tonight.

    No Lunges... I could have done a ton, but I took a long peaceful bath instead...
    Under on sodium and over on water - 5 pts

    **Edit** I'm afraid I won't get involved with the sodium thing. For one thing I don't know how you track that stuff or what the recommended amount is or anything. For another, it's pointless anyway because I am likely to fail dismally. Hope everyone else does well though :)

    Just for future reference sodium is one of the choices to track on your diary. MFP gives you the daily recommended amount just like it does with everything else. So if you ever want to take a look at it that's where you can find it. It is very helpful. Good luck!

    Stayed on track today! The rain even stopped so I got to play tennis and run. Today's stats.

    OWLS: 8 sets of lunges (Group Power class at the gym!)
    NEWTS: Stayed under for sodium and drank 10 cups of water so I guess that's 5

Does anyone know anything about this or if someone has taken or wants to take over for her? I'm a little concerned because she didn't give me any notice as far as I know. :(

    lhurtubise and jenn_w i think you're both doing a great job. it seems like this message board has died the last couple of days but i for one do not want this to die. it might be better if it's a smaller group. that's just my thought.

    I hope she hasn't gone, but in the mean time I am behind you on being the stand-in. I would love to do it but I am a mess and barely keep up with my prefect duties of picking one thing a week. :-/

    My 9/21 Stats...

    Still haven't done any lunges... Think it is all mental! My legs are sore from all the bike riding.... Excuses, excuses...
    I have been doing amazing on watching my sodium intake (Down 3#s since Monday's weigh in) and I always drink my water so 5 points there...
    House points... 101 (80 mins to ride my bike to and from work)

  • This makes me sad. I am still here it has been a rough week this week cause of being sick. My totals are 220 lunges. I have stayed under my sodium all week. Exercise minutes are 220. Up until 9/21/2011.

    I am so behind on giving updates and keeping up with everyone, sorry guys! All my first exams and presentations are within 3 days of each other, ughh.

    my weigh-in is 117.4, so I lost .4 pounds from last week. I don't remember what the challenges were for last week and I'm assuming since nicole's account was deactivated, her blog is gone as well so I can't check :(
