B- 4 protien pancakes with pb2 and jelly with coffee
L- switched it up 😲 2 scrambled eggs on a low carb wrap with salsa and lowfat sour cream, peppers dipped in hummus
S- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt with pb2 and cocoa
D 2 93/7 hamburger patties one on a bun with lowfat cheese slices and baked bbq chips
S- Magnum double chocolate ice crsam bar that I shared with hubby 💗
Workouts: Sydney's 45 minute cardio and abs from today 💪, a neautiful walk with the kiddos, and a good stretch! I am trying reaaaaallly hard to stretch more!!

Mucho Burrito - Half brown rice, half quinoa, two scoops of pinto beans, two scoops of black beans, fajita veggies, beyond meat
Field Roast burger on a bun with vegenaise, vegan cheese slice, lettuce
Side vegan mac and 'cheese' and a vegan cheese, tomato, and chickpea egg sandwich.2 -
Breakfast: espresso over ice (no sweetener)
Brunch: leftover Portuguese mashed potatoes w/spanish chorizo, fried egg
Dinner: grilled porchetta sausage, mashed potatoes w/herbs, parm & butter, broccolini, tomato
Snack: so delicious strawberry/banana coconut yogurt w/sliced banana3 -

Snack: Pimento cheese with wheat thins
Lunch: Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and egg sandwich on whole wheat with sliced bell pepper and cucumber with spinach dip as a side
Snack: Milkey Way mini
Dinner: Taco salad. Ground chicken mixed with bell pepper, onion, and green chili on top of lettuce and then topped with black olives, cheese, avocado, salsa, black beans, and sour cream. Had a few tortilla chips with it.
Snack: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
The hunger monster got me last night most likely due to not eating enough the day before. I was still at goal luckily.2 -
Breakfast - peach Greek yogurt & coffee
Lunch - homemade Belgian waffles (1.5) with butter & sugar free syrup, veggie bacon & more coffee.
Snack - celery sticks and red seedless grapes
Dinner - ham, baked potato w/ sour cream, steamed broccoli & sauteed mushrooms.2 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, chocolate peanut butter protein shake
Snack: Dark chocolate protein pancakes with mixed berries
Lunch: Leftover fish tacos
Dinner: Sandwich on multigrain bread with mixed greens, tomato, garlic chicken, and provalone cheese. Side of jalapeno ranch ruffles
Still have around 500 calories so likely going to raid the snack area at work. My lunch box wasn't big enough to bring more food for night shift.3 -

Lunch - lentils, string cheese, a few grapes & pineapple chunks, smoothie made from almond milk, hemp protein, strawberries & banana.
Dinner - tofu stir fry and mini scallion pancakes with dipping sauce. Shot or two of grapefruit vodka, probably.2 -

Snack: Chocolate peanut butter built bar
Lunch: Chipotle burrito bowl containing double chicken, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, and green chili salsa
Snack: Plain Greek yogurt with berries and protein granola
Dinner: Salad greens topped with carrot, tomato, peppered turkey, harvati cheese, and balsamic vinegar
Dessert: Homemade blueberry streusel muffin3 -
Breakfast: espresso over ice (no sweetener)
Brunch: low fat cottage cheese, uncured pastrami, nut thins
Dinner: grilled pork chop, leftover mashed potatoes, unsweetened applesauce, lemon parm chopped salad

I have a lot of fatigue (I have chronic fatigue so the shot seems to have kicked that up a notch), my arm hurts, and I am just achy. Like the feeling you get when your body is fighting something but nothing serious.
Breakfast: Banana
Snack: Cheese stick
Lunch: Fried rice with frozen mixed veggies, chopped up chicken nuggets, kim chi, and a fried egg
Snack: None
Dinner: Ordered in some BBQ chicken, potato salad, collard greens, and texas toast

Lunch: BLT on wheat with an added fried egg

Dinner: L/O BBQ chicken, collard greens, texas toast, and I made some mac and cheese

Breakfast: 1/3 slice of german chocolate cake, 2 eggs scrambled with cheddar and tomato, 1 slice turkey bacon
Snackish: Coffee with oat milk
Snack: 1/2 serving homemade pork fried rice
Lunch: Cheesecake factory Tuscan chicken
Snack: 1/2 serving pork fried rice
Dinner: Greek yogurt with berries and granola
Dessert: 1/2-3/4 of a slice of white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake (no whip)3 -
Breakfast - oatmeal with PB&J mixed in, coffee.
Lunch - beef & cheese burrito (fast food, local place) and a diet cola. A few bites of a beignet, espresso.
Snack- 2 macarons and coffee.
Dinner - huge salad of fresh local micro greens, sunflower sprouts, radishes, carrots, etc., with sesame dressing. Bagel thin w/ turkey & pickles. Lagunitas IPA.
After dinner - 2 more macarons, bite of croissant, Earl Grey tea.
So yeah...ALL the French pastry/sweets today from the farmer's market! But I worked there for a friend's business and spent 6 hrs on my feet.3 -

Dinner (restaurant): wedge salad, sashimi, wine2 -

Lunch - Italian sliced beef sandwich, dipped. 1/2 order fried mushrooms w/ ranch. A lot of water.
Post-Hike - Dunkin sugar free blueberry oat milk cold brew. Gross, honestly. I wouldn't reorder!
Dinner - salmon, baked potato w/ sour cream and another huge salad of local micro-greens, sunflower shoots, radishes, carrots & onion. 3 homemade chocolate chip & pecan cookies, green tea.3 -

Brunch: bacon, applesauce, so delicious raspberry coconut yogurt
Dinner: rabbit cacciatore, black/brown rice
Snack: alter ego burnt caramel dark chocolate1 -

Snack: Likely a few eggs scrambled with kale

Lunch - vegetarian Loco Moco - brown rice, veggie burger patty, fried egg & gravy. Pineapple.
Dinner - spinach ricotta pasta bake, salad (dry) and a glass of red wine.3 -
Breakfast: Coffee with oatmilk, oatmeal with berries added in, eggs scrambled with onion and kale
Lunch: 2 brats on buns with onions and peppers
Dinner: Sweet potato sausage bake3 -

Lunch - Steak N Shake triple steakburger w/ pickle, lettuce, onion & tomato. Applesauce cup.
Snack - homemade matcha sugar cookie & coffee.
Dinner - Mexican beans & rice casserole with cheddar, salsa & green onions. Side salad.2 -

Lunch: Hummus with cucumbers, bell peppers, and some almonds

Breakfast - macchiato overnight oats (blended with chia seeds & almond milk), whipped topping & a drizzle of syrup. Coffee.
Lunch - burrito/wrap - made w/ sliced turkey, scrambled eggs, guacamole, kale and sunflower shoots. Raspberries. One matcha sugar cookie & coffee.
Dinner - homemade thin crust pizza w/ mushrooms, onions, peppers & green olives. Diet cola.2 -
