Your face has changed so much since you started. You look great.1
-
Thanks all I kind of like having the top of my head being the widest part and not the bottom! And I'll take the loose skin over the chins any day.7
-
You're doing awesome. Hope the stress at work has lessened for you and you can focus more on your interests and fitness goals. What is the next step in your shoulder stand goals or will you work on something else? Best wishes for continuing success.2

Thanks! Shoulderstands weren't really a goal, just something I wanted to see if I could still do on a lark. I'm pretty much doing calisthenics and some home grown weight lifting. What I'd like is for the pool to be working again so I can get back to swimming! Soon enough.8

I do have loose skin on my jaw and neck still. Oh well. I'll take it! Still holding around 157-159 without much change in muscle mass even though my arms are a trifle more defined.
Wut?! Are you kidding me? Go back and look at your original before pic again! You look amazing now. Admit it. You look good. ⭐

Great update, my friend. You look marvelous! Wonderful changes are happening and can be seen. I'm so proud of you and FOR you. You are such a wonderful inspiration.3 -
I just wanted to thank you for being an inspiration and cheerleader for so many. Your success is well deserved and you are more than paying it forward.3

Thank you! That means a lot. I wouldn't be here if it hadn't been for other people inspiring me. I still have a ways to go - but I'm happy to be here!4

WOW...is all I can say! What a journey! Thank you for sharing! And congrats on your weight loss!3 -
First, CONGRATULATIONS on your amazing progress!! You look like a whole different person. Second, I sure wish I had discovered your blog a long time ago. I've been reading through it (only into your second month so far), but you articulate so many details so well, and I relate so much to so many of your issues, and hope to be able to use your solutions. I'm just starting my own journey, same height as you but starting about 60 pounds heavier than you were. I will be referring to your blog often, I know. Thanks again for writing it.5

Awww.... thank you JewelLiz and Serrasanna! That means a lot. Yes, I'll definitely keep writing. For myself, and for others. It helped me so much to read about other people's problems and how they overcame them! Another really good blog to read is The Movie Chair's blog - she's no longer updating but the entries are still in the most popular list.3

Looking good!1

I'd been promising to post links to my blogs so here are the latest two:

As of now, orbiting around 154-155, and doing quite well on my time restricted eating. I feel better. Taking in a similar amount of calories but weight loss has gotten out of Stall Mode.2 -

the difference in your face is night and day! You are killing it!3 -
500 days of logging! Maybe 2-3% of that time being outside plan in terms of food. I came here every day though, and that has really helped keep up my motivation.
As of today I have dropped 91.3 pounds... 19 or so to go, I think. Maybe a little more. At this point I'm shooting more for body fat percentage than anything and my body fat is somewhere between 27 and 28%. I'd like to get to 24% and see how that goes, honestly I think 20% would be about right for me. The biggest goal now is to get rid of the belly! If that were gone I'd be pretty much done with the fat loss side of things.
My goal in maintenance is to prioritize strength training, both with body weight and with free weights. Swimming too when possible. Time restricted eating is helping a lot.
Anyway, here's the kitties! Both kits are full grown.

Love the kitties and congratulations on 500 days of logging: that's amazing! Good luck with the belly; I sympathise as the rest of me seems fine but that lower belly bulge is still very much a thing. I am trying to work out what a reasonable expectation might look like, and was looking for that thread on bellies with wombs in them for insights about this but I can't find it. I'll have another hunt.
