I live in India and aunty has variety of meanings to it. From respectful to downright naughty.its used to address 55 year old gray haired lady and also what Americans call milf you know mature horny chick now I'm pissed coz it was said by a chick so I wonder what she perceives me as
Well, I'm not in your culture, but in my culture, one possible interpretation would be that she views you as someone strong, mature, admirable, and worthy of the respect she'd give someone older than herself/yourself.
But what do I know: I call myself an "internet auntie" and "internet granny" pretty often, in a joking way, as an attempt to reassure people that I mean well and wish them well, even when I'm being a little bit frank and lecture-y. 😉 (I'm way older than you, 65, and genuinely gray-haired. It's a great time of life, in my world - especially as a survivor of advanced-stage cancer . . . I don't know why people diss age so much.)
I really admire you. You're my mom's age and seeing you here rock your biceps in your DP inspires me to work hard. I think I'm gonna talk to my mom about importance of fitness at an advanced age!
About age- I come from a very agist society. Here aunty is also used my 'boys'(won't call these immature idiots men) to insult women as to imply that we are over the hill and should sit and home and knit and pray! It really sucks5 -
Two reasons: I don't want to be a size 18 in my clothes.
Second one: I have a milestone birthday coming up in 2023 and I want to do a dream vacation that has a fitness rating of five.9 -
If and when I get married I want my future hubby to be able to carry me in his arms13

I'm getting married in the foreseeable future (thanks COVID for foiling our plans! on the bright side I have extra time to meet my goal~) and I want to have all eyes on me on my wedding day12

After being fat and happy for many years in a long term committed relationship, I now face the prospect of dating as I approach 50. I know that physical appearance isn't everything, but I'm far from where I'd like to be.15

I no longer fit into some of my favorite clothes, including a vest that completes several of my outfits.9

I want to look good naked. I want to throw on that bikini from high school. I want to stop wearing these oversized hoodies. I just want to look hot again!8

I want to stop feeling the jiggle/wobble of my belly when I go up/downstairs or move quickly. It's rather disconcerting.
Also still on the weigh less than my husband plan. I've been 5-6 lb heavier than him for a while but he is also trying to lose weight as well.

The smaller cycling shorts are cheaper.5

I want to wear a bikini (I've never wore one)12

I just want to hear, "You look amazing after having two kids!" 😁17

My petty reason is I will be seeing my ex for the first time in 5 years at a family wedding in Sept ‘21 and I want to look leaner and hotter than his new wife. It’s shallow here at this end of the pool!34

i want to look hot in clothes and naked. i want to be admired for the muscle definition i have, especially my arms and shoulders9

I lost and maintained a 60lb loss in the past, and I cam back to this site to lose pregnancy weight and an additional 15-20 lbs. During these two journeys, I've had numerous petty reasons, but a few have always been with me. I have always wanted to look cute (sometimes I strive for hot, other times to be cute, and yes, there is a difference). One of my older sisters has a very athletic build which the rest of us don't have, but I have always wanted to be her weight, or at least close to it. Now that I have had a child, I want people to think that there's no way I could have had a kid! Along the same lines, but not petty, I hope to have another two children and if I start my next pregnancy at a healthier weight, then hopefully I will have an easier time getting my body back to where I want it.9

I'm 61, my 3 grown up children are all in long term relationships.
If they ever get married I don't want to embarrass them on their special day by being overweight at the ceremony.
A few sizes smaller in a nice outfit, so their wedding pictures look OK, I want them to be proud of their mum, not think I look like a frumpy eyesore.25 -
Ooh Jane Aero, that’s a biggy for me too. Wedding coming up in 6 weeks. Wish me luck.! Need to lose 3 more kilos to fit in my very stylish dress.9

I will still be obese, but I will be obese in a Whistles frock!10

Because I am sick and tired of being called a buffalo and elephant by people who mean phuck all to me.14

I don't want to look at pictures of myself and think "wow, wide as a house" which was a very uncharitable thought I had this morning about someone I went to school with in a facebook photo8
-
My petty reason would be for all the people who have ever made fun of me for my weight. I have been overweight a good part of my life, and it would be awesome the next time anyone ever sees me in person again, I look better than I ever have. And then, they will have nothing to say11

To hear the how’s from all the ppl that told me I couldn’t and to have smaller feet.7

I want to be able to wear cute, colorful bras again. I refuse to by a H cup bra so have been wearing sports bras for a while now. Plus the bigger the bra the more expensive.10
-
i just want to look good and feel confident8

I graduate this year and I don't want everyone to see I have gained weight (especially in my graduation pictures). So time to get back to my 2019 weight so I can pretend it never happened lol12

Definitely to flaunt in front of my ex....... He was the kind of guy who blatantly tell me that he wasn't as attracted to me anymore if I so much as put on 5 lbs. If I didn't look perfect, he told me I was lazy. He was the first AND last guy to treat me like I was worthless if I weighed more than 125 lbs.
I can't wait for him to see what he can never have again!22
