    thats good but i dont see how you lose 3 pounds in a month. i lose 10 pounds a month with dieting so :)) yeah - anyway progress more hope you get to yr goal<3

    Thanks!!! I am continuing to do Ripped in 30...just started level 2 yesterday and I am adding in 6 week 6 pack probably 3 days a week. Then I may try P90x or Insanity....not sure....they still scare me!!

    I guess I am living proof that muscle weighs more then fat.....I can see the fat loss, so thats the only way I know how to explain the fact that I only lost 3lbs....

    That is an amazing accomplishment! You can definitely tell the difference! Inches do matter more than weight. Keep it up!

    Ok so I am utterly embarassed to post this pics....but I am proud of the change so here goes nothing!!! I did 30 DS, 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2, then only 5 days at level 3 because my dvd got scratched and it wouldnt play level 3.....so at that time I switched to Ripped in 30 and did 5 days of level 1. I took 2 days off somewhere in the process.
    These are my results in inches and photos....
    SW: 151 lb
    EW: 148.5 lb

    Inches lost:
    Waist 34--->30
    Hips 41---->37.5
    L Thigh 25.5--->24
    R Thigh 26---->24

    Total inches lost: 11 !!!!
    Total lbs lost: 2.5......not much but a huge difference in the pics

    yes there is huge difference in the pics. it's very noticable

    I do not use MFPs percentages...I thought the protein was too low. I changed mine to 40/30/30 (P/C/F) but I admit that I do go over the carbs most days...and my diary is open so anyone can see it!

    Thanks again. You are a great inspiration. Your after pics are simply jaw dropping! I plan on starting this week and hope to have similar results as you. Good luck with ripped in 30 and hope you get even better results with that one.
