Had my Granddaughter visiting for 2 weeks - very fun busy schedule!!!
Back at it today -
I enjoyed the beach activity but it did not get my bpm up enough for me.

Caroline Girvan doesn’t post new workouts on Thursdays and Saturdays so I usually try someone different.
Sydney Cummings is usually my next go to.

I did this one and loved it! I love when a video has recognizable music and not generic electronic background beats. This was really fun! I'm not great at Latin dancing but I figured the important thing was to keep my booty moving the whole time

Did about 1/2 this workout - my neck was killing me

and then this one - the repetition was annoying me so I would do several sets and then FF to the next exercise etc
I guess the intense part was doing the same exercise over and over and over... so their 25 min wo was only 18 for me

I played tennis after work and when I got home I needed some more steps to reach my goal so I did this one. I like Leslie's workouts. They are very easy but they are also so easy to modify and add intensity.

Took a dumbbell weight break today and wow this was hard for me! I'd much rather do weights but think I will throw a barre workout in every now & then to change it up and challenge my muscles!

Caroline posted all 15-20 minute workouts this past week- just what I am needing as my days are getting busier.
Still sore the next day- I have learned that you can still get a lot done in 20 minutes 💪🏽1 -
