            OK, I previously reported that W3D4 exercises were complete and that I've completed 200/500 crunches. I forgot to log back in last night so I was also under calories and over water for the day.
 For today, W3D5 -- exercises/walking completed and I now have 300/500 crunches done. I'm going to try to get a few more crunches in today so I'll have very few remaining tomorrow. My abs are on fire!!!!0
