@dvmmcw8020 I think others liked it a lot more than I did. I tend to avoid routines that have a very large amount of different steps in them, it tends to throw me so that I'm moving less while I'm trying to figure it out. It was neat to listen to her stories about how she liked them, though. Oh, it was a private video share on her facebook group as part of her daily November challenge playlists.

Question, is there a way to guesstimate the calories burned on these videos? I don't use a device and I just select "aerobics, low impact", from the MFP database, which gives me 140 calories per 15 minutes. Does anyone else think that's right for Gina B's videos (Up To The Beat Fitness). I just don't want to be way off.0

I would also choose the aerobics, low impact option.1 -

Travelling- no free weights at hotel gym so I used the bands I took with me. Sydney demos band options for each exercise.
Have never done a whole workout with bands- yikes! Harder than I thought.

I love Cori from Redefining Strength. These shoulder exercises are harder than they look :-). Humbling light dumbbells.

My personal target:
For moderate-intensity physical activity, your target heart rate should be between 64% and 76% of your maximum heart rate which for me is 104.3 - 123.8
(To estimate your maximum age-related heart rate, subtract your age from 220. For example, for a 50-year-old person, the estimated maximum age-related heart rate would be calculated as 220 β 50 years = 170 beats per minute (bpm). The 64% and 76% levels would be:
64% level: 170 x 0.64 = 109 bpm, and
76% level: 170 x 0.76 = 129 bpm
This shows that moderate-intensity physical activity for a 50-year-old person)
