    I could have written that myself - we have lost an almost identical amount of weight in the same time frame.

    Mini goal? Get 250 steps an hour for 4 hours today. I know it's not much, but it's more than I've been doing and progress is what I'm after. I'm still taking it slowly. My next 5 pounds is calling.

    Those baby steps will soon be big steps. Be persistent, it will improve with time. Good luck.
