Thursday: 24 minute run and 75:00 yoga class
Friday: 45 min weightlifting and 15 minute walk on the treadmill
Sunday: 33 minute run and 90:00 yoga class
Brings me to 1026 for the month! A little behind average to make 2000 by the end of the month, but my runs will be getting longer so we'll see!0 -

I have finally achieved 500 minutes which was my goal for 3 days ago/Thursday September 15th/the half way point for challenge.

O.K. I just finished cycling 29.8 miles in 146 minutes...Not a bad start!!
