Not down as much as I would have hoped, but still making progress! After a big drop like you had the first week you'll have slower weeks. It's good to drop slowly. You don't want a 6 lb drop every week. You've hit your monthly goal already so that's a good thing. Anything else is a bonus.5 -

I'm not sure how much you were hoping to actually drop since you've gone under your goal for the month in the first 2 weeks!! That's pretty awesome in my books. Good progress. You really shouldn't expect big drops every week. Slow & steady wins the race. Better for your body overall. Yes we all love those big drops but it won't happen every week. I don't drink pop of any kind but not surprised to find additives (especially sugar) in things we think is just what the label says. They add crap to make it taste better. That's why people struggle to drink "water"....it has no taste. Maybe those come in "sugarless". Good luck finding a substitute.3 -

Drama? Off track?
Your goal for the month is down. No amount, just down. For the second week in a row, you are meeting your goal. What's off track about that.
Step away from the drama. There will always be drama. Only you have the power to make decisions for yourself, and you do not have any power to make decisions for anyone else (unless they are your progeny and are not of legal age and/or they live at home and you make the rules)3 -
I've been really focused lately. Drinking my water, hitting my steps etc. I love seeing the results. In the past, my problem was when I started seeing results and when others saw results, I'd start to backslide. Not this time!

My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5β 5β tall.
Start Weight (from Dec 31, 2022 ): 199.8
Goal Weight: 194.8 (5 pound loss)
End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iβll know it when I get there!)
Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good Luck everyone this round! We can do this!
01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)-
01/10-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- I just realized that I will be ultra bloated for an extended period of time. Due to all my travel this week, I can only take my water pill one time in 8 days (normally every other day) and it will have to be Thur or Fri. Iβll be floating and will have to watch how hard my heart is working too! The scale is going to reflect this. I really wonβt know much accuracy until it settles down. Travel days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon.
01/17-197.8-(Trend Weight: 198.6)- Itβs been a tremendous week of travel days and celebration. Iβm very proud of what I have accomplished here. Iβm still staying within my calorie goal but watching the carbs much much closer and trying to get more sleep is really paying off.
01/24-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-
01/31-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
