Restarted Keto on the New Year. Had a BIG whoosh which always happens to me when I first initiate clean Keto. Lost 11 pounds in one week! However, I couldnโt maintain that huge loss. Iโve celebrated my 73rd birthday since the last time I posted here. Iโve been working on losing back the weight I gained by celebrating my Birthday on numerous occasions over the last two weeks.

Jan 22: 293.2 Up a pound but thinking it's water retention after a 6 hour round trip yesterday to watch my daughter skate in a roller derby scrimmage. Sat for 3 hr drive there, sat for 1 hr watching the game, sat for lunch, sat for 3 hr drive home. Then sat for the evening till bed. No wonder I'm up a pound...lol Still have a week to go and above January goal.
