Congrats on making your goal @spl8 ! Awesome sauce!

Thanks @Scott6255 . Great running this month! Stay safe out there!

Thanks @shanaber . You did great this month! Glad you're legs cooperated today. I hope you get some answers from your video appointment tomorrow. I am not friends with @katharmonic , but also wonder how she is doing, along with some others who have seemed to taken a break or something.

@martaindale - I would think you are in that HM ready anytime zone that mobycarp used to talk about. Maybe you can do the 'spring' HM in 5 weeks and the one in the fall?

I could do the distance for sure, but I was shooting for a PR attempt. The endurance isn't an issue but the pace might be. I'm noticing that even though my legs feel pretty good, I get some fatigue quicker than I would think I should be. There's definitely still some recovery going on.

Good job hitting your goal this month @spl8!

@quilteryoyo I'm hoping for good news for you!

    Good morning,
I have recently signed up to run a half marathon. Training started 2/6/23. I run 4 days a week following Hal Higdon. I am looking forward to crushing my half marathon time and running it without walking. Yes, I know sometimes you have to walk and that's ok. But this is a goal for me. Can't wait to see and hear how everyone does with their running goals and challenges. -
