We are now in our Fifth month of the year, and I absolutely love the start of a new, fresh month. Whether you’re just starting with this group, or you’ve been here for awhile, we’re so glad you’re here on this journey with us. ❤️

    Hi everyone, weighing in every other day bc otherwise I get too discouraged. I leave for a trip 6/14 and want to be under 145 by then.

    SW 3/27: 172.2
    4/1: 168.0
    GW for end of may: 150
    GW for 6/14: 145
    UGW: 128

    5/1: 159.2

    Only down 0.4lbs since Sunday and feeling a little discouraged. I have been working out 55 minutes each day and staying at a 1000 calorie deficit according to my watch. I did get a steroid shot for my ear last Thursday so I am hoping it’s just water retention, I have also had a ton of sodium the past two days. Here goes another month!

    Hi all. I’m Rhonda. I live in Washington state with my husband. We have two grown children and four grandchildren. We both still work. We love to spend time mountain biking and boating. We have a five-year-old boxer and a 13-year-old pug.

    I’m back for another month of accountability. I started on January 20 at 221.4. I’ve been off of sugar since then. Low-carb low-fat and calorie deficit of around 1000 cal if I can get it.

    SW: 221.4 1/20/24
    HW: 284
    GW: 155

    Weight lost:
    January 2024 (start date 1/20): 5.5 lbs
    February 2024: 11.1 lbs
    March 2024: 6.2 lbs
    April 2024: 3.7 lbs

    Happy May everyone! 🦋 I’m Kat and I live in rural NV with my boyfriend and 5 cats. I’ve been on a slow weight loss/fitness journey since February. This month’s challenges will be heavy workload and stress at work and renovations and other projects around the house with 10 days off at the end of the month to focus completely on renovations. My main goal this month is to not burn myself out with so much going on! Mostly healthy meals, exercising when I have energy, and a healthy focus on emotional/mental health.
    SW: 122.6
    UGW: TBD, ~105ish depending on muscle

    5/01: 113.8 I’ve been recuperating from my crazy weekend and slowly coming back down. This weekend might involve another long drive which will throw me off again, but I will try to prep for it my exercising a bit more today and tomorrow.

    Greetings everyone. Welcome newbies.
    I’m Cass 42yo from Armidale NSW Australia. 🇦🇺 I have fibromyalgia and have a huge amount of weight to lose. Unfortunately I’m all tummy. I recently joined the gym - I’ve only managed twice a week so far but I want to try and aim for 3-4 days at the gym. I try and walk my dog most days too. Last month I didn’t really lose any weight due to increased activity = increased eating and increased fatigue = sugar cravings. Hope to manage hunger better this month.
