    2 egg cheese scramble with saute onion, sweet pepper, salsa, sour cream and cilantro in 3 little mini corn wraps. Clementine. 1/2 usual chocolate whey powder in coffee.

    Devour all day breakfast. Pretty good. Macros are bad. Sodium is terrible! Still beats McDonald's in the early morning hours.

    Made the cottage cheese flatbread, made a Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese sandwich. Good, but I should have made 2. Could have, easily. Only 144 calories. Decaf and milk.

    I try to rotate different foods for breakfast. Today was cream of wheat w a half scoop of vital proteins collagen Chocolate, w a dab of fat free milk and Stevia. Pumpkin spice coffee w the remaining vital proteins, stevia and fat free milk. Usually have a half banana, but my banana got super dark by the time I got to work😢

    I'm going to make baked oats again, but use a different recipe.

    I make this baked oatmeal with applesauce on weekends for the kids to eat throughout the week. I double the recipe with no problems. It is a great way to use up the applesauce in the fridge.

    Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

    1 ½ cups quick-cooking oats

    ¼ cup white sugar (I'll use maple syrup)

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    ¾ teaspoon salt

    ½ cup milk

    ¼ cup butter, softened

    ¼ cup applesauce

    1 egg, beaten

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    I love baked oatmeal bars. Similar to your baked oatmeal, but no sugar, add sweet things like dried fruit or chocolate chips and nuts, so more dessert or snack than breakfast. Freeze well, so good for one person.

    Today I had my last pancake and slice of bacon from yesterday's McDonald's. With iced tea. Lazy this morning.

    I had low sugar Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal and coffee. That's all I have every weekday breakfast, but switch up to Maple. Weekend, two scrambled eggs and coffee.

    That seems to be a lot of calories for Breakfast.
