I'm Becca, 53, 5'6".
My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, and 100+ grams protein.
I'm going to try to get at least three days of activity, mixing strength and walking/jogging.

Hi all. Glad to be back. Spring here in Australia- sunny βοΈ and flowers blossoming everywhere. Also one of my favourite things-Halloween.
I ended the month well and hope to continue this good streak. I started last month at 108kg and starting this month at 107.1kg so progress.

πππππ 10/02-185.2 β (Trend Weight: 184.0) Pizza last night which is something I just donβt eat or crave often. Itβs my sonβs Favorite so we went and took advantage of a Wednesday special. It was Incredibly good so no regrets. Part of this weight increase is also probably still the travel weight since I only gave myself a 24 hour buffer before weighing. And only 2 hrs & 50 min. of sleep last night probably didn't help. Soβ¦.here I go, chasing my own tail again. No worries, I always catch it. It just sets me back time-wise. Nothing I canβt handle though. DGS and DD arrive today until Sunday night. Iβm going to ask her not to fill my candy bowl with her Halloween chocolates.

Been gone awhile; it's nice to see familiar names still crushing it!
I keep getting distracted and my weight creeps right on back to 155 lbs. I've maintained before, but I need to learn new tactics. I don't know if it's the difference between losing weight in your 20s or 30s or what π
