    FIRST HALF OF THE MONTH:

    10/01 – 183.0 ↔️ (Trend Weight – 183.9) Halloween Candy month will be a challenge for someone like me with a ferocious sweet tooth. However, I’m going to stay positive and when I cave (as I periodically will) I will try to remember that tool called portion control. Good luck this round everyone. I’m definitely one of your cheerleaders and biggest fans! We can Do this!

    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ 10/02-185.2 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.0) Pizza last night which is something I just don’t eat or crave often. It’s my son’s Favorite so we went and took advantage of a Wednesday special. It was Incredibly good so no regrets. Part of this weight increase is also probably still the travel weight since I only gave myself a 24 hour buffer before weighing. And only 2 hrs & 50 min. of sleep last night probably didn't help. So….here I go, chasing my own tail again. No worries, I always catch it. It just sets me back time-wise. Nothing I can’t handle though. DGS and DD arrive today until Sunday night. I’m going to ask her not to fill my candy bowl with her Halloween chocolates.

    My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, and 100+ grams protein.

    I'm going to try to get at least three days of activity, mixing strength and walking/jogging.

    Been gone awhile; it's nice to see familiar names still crushing it!

    I keep getting distracted and my weight creeps right on back to 155 lbs. I've maintained before, but I need to learn new tactics. I don't know if it's the difference between losing weight in your 20s or 30s or what πŸ˜…
