Sorry everyone! I was out for the weekend visiting the parents and they had no internet.
I've also been so sick the past few days with a cold and it feels dreadful :sad: But I'm not going to let it stop me!

Like you, jadam6, I dined out today. I went to Bertucci's with my co-workers and decided to treat myself for a change! I went over a couple hundred calories, counting my exercise. I am still feeling good for weigh in tomorrow, but we shall see.

After a flat week last week, I had another 4 pound loss this week! With a good week this coming week, I might get my second 10 pound month in a row. The fat is FALLING off!!:happy:0

My weight this week was 154.7 only a .3 loss but considering im 10 weeks pregnant my main goal is to just watch my weight gain0
