November Move-It 180 to 360 minutes a week challenge

Since I broke a toe or 2 or 3 on my right foot yesterday, my workouts this week will be limited to activities I can do without a sock & shoe - basically weight training. When I lift, I do a total body workout and have to take the next day off to allow the muscles to rest and repair. So, looks like I will be getting 3 workouts in this week - Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thus/Sat. Typically I lift for an hour, so I will shoot for 180 minutes this week with a goal of increasing that next week to at least 250 once I can get back on the tread mill.
Thanks for organizing an exercise challenge Mollie! I for one really need it to help me focus and stay committed! :flowerforyou:

Ok, I'm game! I normally do about 140-150 minutes per week. So I think I will shoot for 180 to start.
Monday - 24 minute walk at lunch (1.1 miles at 2.5 mph), will try to add more later

Thanks Mollie, I needed this. I have been taking care of my Mother who broke her collar bone and tomorrow moves to Assisted Living care. So I should be able to get back into my exercise routine. I usually have a hard time taking a rest day and lately it has been very hard to get away long enough to get exercise. I am going with the 360.
