We should all really start pushing each other Sometimes I have those moments where I just want to eat chips and chocolate, but I regret it 10 minutes later! Everyone has moments of weakness, but we all want this, so we should all try to keep each other on track, whether it's in exercise, food, or otherwise.

hey everyone - hope you are all feeling motivated this week. Only a couple more days until weigh in. So far I am holding steady so I need a little push to show a loss on Friday. I usually go to zumba on Wednesdays but I have a hair cut appointment after work so I'll miss class. I've have to make it up somehow.0

In a challenge I was part one of the motivations was to wrap up an article of clothing 1-2 sizes small and put it under the tree! Gonna wrap up some skinnies and a cute sweater; if I lost weight I would buy them anyway, but now I'll push myself to get into them so I have a fab outfit for xmas day. You can even do it to old clothes, but I just thought it would be a nice boost! x0

thats a great idea... i like the idea of buying something new, i bought some jeans the other day that dont fit so i think ill do that... thanks for that hun...
i feel better this week even though i know i done to much damage to lose anything this week in fact i know i put on weight but i am back on track now and it wont take long for me to get it of.. im so glad you all taked me round and all i can say it THANKS SO MUCH...

I am still here ladies, just trying to keep up with logging my food. I am not going to drop out. I may not be on the community everyday, but I am here. Some things have changed at work also so I have not been on as much as I was because it's been hectic! I am still here tough so don't count me out!! ; )0

So excited for Christmas
I think i will be putting something under the tree i already have a dress that's tight but i would love for it to fit perfectly....
OK here's today's mini challenge:
50 Crunches
50 Lunges (25x each leg)
50 Squats
25 Push up (I know mine will be the modified version .)
Also if you can get a 20min walk in as well, that would be great. Drink all your water and do as much as u can for tomorrows weigh in.....

Great Challenge set for today, pretty sure yesterday's workout (boot camp) managed to target every part of my body :laugh: OUCH !!! This morning is going to be a challenge but I am up for it!

great challenge char ... im so sore also lisa my first training session was tuesday and it was a killer.. i trained again today and will have another session on sunday.. good luck for tomorrow guys i prob wont be able to weigh in tomorrow im up in the in laws for the rest of the week so ill do it as soon as i get home... im very excited for next weeks weigh in because i really feeling back on track xxx0
