    I just found this thread. What a great idea. But it's almost to 500 posts, so I'll probably lose the next one. HA!

    Anyway, today was an hour of yoga and 30 minutes of interval eliptical.

    Worked on lifting: Split Jerk @55lbs

    Then a partner workout:

    Run 800 meters
    Trade on and off with the snatch and the clean & jerk @45lbs, 50 reps total
    100 box jumps @20"

    My excercise for the day was P90X Cardio X. It was superb. I am giving my legs another 2 days of rest. I pulled the tendon on the inside of my left knee doing Plyo on tuesday and it is starting to feel better but giving it a couple more days to be safe.

    Physique 57 Volume 1: 55 minute workout and felt absolutely great afterward. I tried to practice a bit of bhangra dance right after, didn't quite have the energy/endurance for it. I ate dinner shortly after, and am feeling a bit more re-charged. Maybe I'll get my practice in before I go to sleep :-)

    went to the Purple gym 30 minutes treadmill 3.0 no incline and 30 minute circuit....it is a miracle for this chair potato. :drinker:

    Killer buns & thighs level 3 and Ab ripper X. Took a lot of breaks in Ab ripper but I will do hang in there. The combination of these two in this order is not bad at all.

    Did Insanity Max Cardio Intervals for the first time on Saturday and my glutes are still so sore that I could barely sit on the weight bench yesterday when I was hitting the iron (and that was with having Sunday off!).

    Today was a gentle day as my glutes were STILL really sore (!!), so I did Ab-Ripper X then followed that up with Bryan Kest's "Power Yoga Two."

    Feeling nicely energised and stretched out so hopefully I'll be up for a big one hour extended RPM/Spinning session tomorrow.

    Had Spinning Class for 55 minutes and did another class of 15 mintues aerobics and toning exercises with a ball for 30 minutes.

    C2k5 completed - Week 1 (kicking my butt)
    30 Day Shred - Day 3 or 4 - I've got to look back; I would almost have to say it is winning - it kicked my butt pretty good today too.

    A Zumba class tonight, if it doesn't get cancelled due to snow. If so, I'll do probably an eliptical workout.

    I missed typing in yesterday - I did 30 minutes walking and 27 with 30 Day Shred (Day 5)
    Today I did (270) minutes walking / shopping - 27 minutes with 30 Day Shred (Day 6) getting easier - still doing beginner but can feel a difference.
