    Jane Fonda upper body workout DVD this morning.
    Short walk mid-afternoon
    and a long walk planned for later tonight.

    So sore from Lifting Day B yesterday (squats, press and power cleans) that it was hard to get started on some treadmill walking but I am glad I did. 40 minutes at 3.5 mph at 8-10 incline.

    Killer buns & thighs level 3 and Ab ripper x. Second time doing this combination, just getting the hang of Ab ripper which I find really hard. Total of 51 min.

    30 Day shred L1,45 minutes cardio intervals this am;Butt bible lower body and 25 minutes rehab exercises for quad and knee this evening

    The gym was a zoo! I did squats, bench and deadlift along with some weighted back extensions and swiss ball crunches. I did a 30 minute stint on the eliptical too.

    Two days ago I did intervals which kicked my butt, so I wasn't fully recovered for my three-miler yesterday which felt awful. So today I just did a recovery walk to the bank and back in the rain.

    Today I will make it a weights day;

    45 min weights focused on legs, thighs, and behind
    15 min treadmill
    40 min stationary bike
    20 calisthenics
    20 min sauna

    I plan on eating at least 2600 cals for today as well. We will see how I do :happy:

    Did all the exercise, but I am not going to be able to eat 2600 cals I have about 1400 cals left for the day. I will eat at least 2300 cals for the day though. All in all a great big win!!
