    30 min treadmill
    60 min Elliptical
    30 min treadmill

    worked out twice in one day.. hence the breakup of the treadmill times.

    Yesterday I got to the gym a bit later than expected, so I went window shopping,
    60 min walk 2.5 to 3 miles /hr
    40 min weight lifting (lower body)
    60 min full body workout class (calisthenics)

    I only ate 2388 cals, its my TOM and I am just not feeling hungry.

    for today Tuesday:
    60 min Zumba class
    40 min stationary bike max tension 7 max speed 90 revolutions.
    I might add a 20 min calisthenics, we will see how I feel.

    I will try to eat at least 2500 cals, I am just feeling so full, we will see :flowerforyou:

    I did P90X Kempo and ran 6 miles on the treadmill.Have eaten 1350 calories so I might need another snack....

    Today was Spinning Class for 60 mins.
    Weds. will be Body Pump then Spinning again on Thurs and Body Pump on Fri.

    I did 60 min Zumba class, 30 min stationary bike max tension 7 max speed 90 revolutions and no calisthenics, had to cut it short, and I ate the 2500 clas Yay!!! I am so happy :)

    Today, Wednesdays schedule:
    60 min weights (upper body)
    40 min stationary bike max tension 8 max speed 90 revolutions.
    20 min calisthenics
    15 min sauna

    I plan on eating a bit more today since I am actually feeling hungry again :bigsmile: so the goal is 2700 cals, we will see how I do.

    I plan on eating a bit more today since I am actually feeling hungry again :bigsmile: so the goal is 2700 cals, we will see how I do.

    I ended up doing 60 min weights (upper body)
    20 min treadmill, max speed 4.5, max incline 2
    40 min stationary bike max tension 8 max speed 90 revolutions.
    20 min aerobics and stretching
    15 min sauna
    Burned 790 cals and ate 2547 cals for the day. I feel amazing by the way :love: loving my new self

    Today Thursday's workout:
    30 min treadmill, max speed 4.5, max incline 2
    30 min stationary bike max tension 8 max speed 90 revolutions.
    60 Zumba class
    15 min sauna

    I plan on eating 2700 cals today, we will see how I do :wink:

    Yesterday I did Lifting Day A (squats, bench, deads and some ab work) and today I just did some incline treadmill walking (2.5 miles).

    Last night I was X amount over so had to get out there. I was due a run but outside in the dark didn't look inviting and my legs complained so I mixed it up on the gym cardio machines. 10-15 minutes each on elliptical, recumbent bike and dreadmill for a 350 calories burn. It goes a lot quicker than trying to get it all in at once. Rest day today then my weekend's all about the running!

    Today I'm planning something quick and easy that I can fit into my lunch hour, so probably 20 minutes on the treadmill and some upper body weights.

    I ended up playing 1 hour of tennis with the hubby instead. He was huffing it and I was jumping around say come on is that all you got!! lol We had a blast and I burned a little over 600 cals while eating 2300 cals.

    For today Friday
    60 min lifting weights for my mid section (abs, chest and back)
    30 min treadmill, max speed 4.5, max incline 2
    20 min calisthenics
    15 min sauna

    I plan on eating 2500 cals for today, we will see how I do :)
