worked out twice in one day.. hence the breakup of the treadmill times.0 -
Yesterday I got to the gym a bit later than expected, so I went window shopping,
60 min walk 2.5 to 3 miles /hr
40 min weight lifting (lower body)
60 min full body workout class (calisthenics)
I only ate 2388 cals, its my TOM and I am just not feeling hungry.
for today Tuesday:
60 min Zumba class
40 min stationary bike max tension 7 max speed 90 revolutions.
I might add a 20 min calisthenics, we will see how I feel.
I will try to eat at least 2500 cals, I am just feeling so full, we will see :flowerforyou:0 -

I did P90X Kempo and ran 6 miles on the treadmill.Have eaten 1350 calories so I might need another snack....0

Today was Spinning Class for 60 mins.
Weds. will be Body Pump then Spinning again on Thurs and Body Pump on Fri.0 -

I did 60 min Zumba class, 30 min stationary bike max tension 7 max speed 90 revolutions and no calisthenics, had to cut it short, and I ate the 2500 clas Yay!!! I am so happy

20 min calisthenics
15 min sauna

Yesterday I did Lifting Day A (squats, bench, deads and some ab work) and today I just did some incline treadmill walking (2.5 miles).0

Last night I was X amount over so had to get out there. I was due a run but outside in the dark didn't look inviting and my legs complained so I mixed it up on the gym cardio machines. 10-15 minutes each on elliptical, recumbent bike and dreadmill for a 350 calories burn. It goes a lot quicker than trying to get it all in at once. Rest day today then my weekend's all about the running!0

I ended up playing 1 hour of tennis with the hubby instead. He was huffing it and I was jumping around say come on is that all you got!! lol We had a blast and I burned a little over 600 cals while eating 2300 cals.

5 sets of 5 with 1 minute of rest between sets. 1 Set = all 3 exercises back to back. Rest after completion of 1 Set. Working towards goal of 10 sets of 5.
I do strength exercises on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are the days I try to get some sort of cardio in.0 -
I'm just doing lots of dancing atm, 40 minutes of Dance, and almost ten minutes of toning v_v0

For today I took a 40 min cario kickboxing class with turbo jam and burned 550 cals, I plan on eating 2200 cals.0 -
Fat blasting turbo jam, ab intervals, then a 2 mile walk - pheww! 70 min 668 cals gone! boo-yah!0

I came up with this for cardio this morning for something to do when I can't leave the house. I do each for 60 seconds with no rest between. It got my heart going pretty good. Later in the day I did a fast paced walk on the beach for 70 minutes. I think the distance was about 4 miles.
