    Monday 1/9- dog walking -30 minutes, - zumba 90 minutes, 120 minutes for the day
    Tuesday 1/10- ABC- 60 minutes. dog walking 30 minutes, 90 minutes for the day
    Wednesday-
    Thursday- ABC- 60 minutes
    Friday Snow shoveling 30 minutes
    Saturday- Toyal Body Sculpt 60 min
    Sunday- Flying to California

    Total- Week 2 -- 360 minutes

    I surpassed my goal last week so I bumped it up a bit.

    Mon-Fri did 30 mins per day of cardio.
    Sat did 25 cardio and 15 of weight training.

    Total: 190 mins.

    I need to step it up! I work out in the morning at 6am and am tired after work. I just need to push myself to work out after work, too.

    here we go
    Sunday: 35 minutes px90 chest and back, 90 minutes walking on beach with my hubby
    Monday: 25 minutes 30 day shred, 40 minutes walking
    Tuesday: 85 minutes walking
    Wednesday: bike commute 65 minutes, walking with hubby 60 minutes
    Thursday: bike commute 75 minutes, dog walking 25 minutes
    Friday: px90 core synergyistics and back and legs, 90minutes
    Saturday: walking with hubby 60 minutes, shoveling snow 20 minutes

    625/400 minutes completed :blushing:

    Last week I was 225 over, but due to snow I am still going to keep my goal at 400 for week 3

    Sunday: walking 60 minutes, wii fit, 45 minutes but since I only sweated a little I am calling it 15

    Well I was barred from exercise on Friday and came down with the 24 hour flue on Saturday but am back to finish of the week with a start back into my exercise schedule.
    Week # 1 -- Jan 2nd -- 340/Goal 330 min I made it
    Week #2 - Jan 9th Goal 330 min:

    Mon: 60 min. Aquafit, 6 minutes elliptical
    Tue: 60 min. interval walk/run
    Wed: nada
    Thur: Work
    Fri: nada
    Sat: ill
    Sun: 30 minutes

    Total/min left: 156/ 134
    Hope next week is better will probably set a lower goal. Can't go to Aquafit on Monday as it is.

    1/11 - 30 Min NTC Cardio and upper body strength
    1/12 - 25 Min
    1/13 - nothing (knee pain)
    1/14 - 10 Min bike (cut short - knees still sore)
    1/15 - 55 Min Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (yay - knees finally feel better)

    Didn't quite make it due to the knees; not sure if I just worked them too hard or what but they feel better now thankfully. :bigsmile:

    Week # 2 -- 230/225.... Made my goal this week..but just cause I was shopping..NEED to do more intentional Exercising and get more focused on MFP and losing weight.
