Wow, I feel like I need to do ALOT longer workout compared to everyone!!
I did 36 mins on the elliptical today.
(Usually do anyway here from 35-60 mins on cardio)0 -

I actually read 45 min is optimal.
Total 55 minutes today which included Chalean Extreme Burn It Off , Ab Intervals, then a 1 mile jog.0 -
80 min ride on the mountain bike, got so muddy i had to stop and peel huge chucks of mud off the wheels as it was so bad the wheels stopped turning
checked when i got home it took 11min for a mile on a bike to do the muddy part hah0 -
Turbo Jam 20 minute workout + Ab Jam (20 mins)0

30 minute jog on the treadmill and the Insanity DVD - today's DVD is Plyometric Cardio Circuit because I took yesterday as my rest day instead of today.0

Today I plan on doing:
10 min warm up jog @ 5miles/hr with incline 2
20 min weights whole body
60 min boxing session and guess what hubby said he would like to come with me!!!:noway: I am so excited, happy and even more excited if there is such a thing
15 min sauna
15 min Jacuzzi
I plan on eating the same way, hope you all have a great day too :drinker: to our health!!
What I did yesterday, Wednesday:
20 min warm up jog @ 3.5 miles/hr with incline 2
30 min weights whole body
15 min sauna
I burned 225 cals and ate 2150 cals for the day, I walked in the the class and just didn't have the energy or the drive to stay. I am happy with yesterdays report :happy:
Today I did:
15 min warm up jog @ 4 miles/hr with incline 2
50 min weights upper body
20 min aerobics with 10 lbs free weights
15 min sauna
I burned 480 cals and I plan on eating 2200 cals today, we will see how I do :flowerforyou:0 -

My body was feeling tight and sore so I skipped the gym today and did 40 minutes of a hybrid yoga/pilates workout instead. My body feels much looser now, so mission accomplished.0

I didn't post my exercise for Friday.
Friday:
15 min warm up walk 3.5 m/hr, 2 incline
50 min weight lifting
15 min sauna
I burned 277 cals and ate 2277 cals. only 4 less than my maintenance cals so a very good day :bigsmile:
Today we went for a nice 2 hr walk on the beach, I burned 408 cals, and plan on eating around 2200 cals. We will see how I do :flowerforyou:0 -
